Had the worst experience customer service. I ordered a Banana Pudding Shake- and they gave me a vanilla shake. They said they got the order as a vanilla shake not a banana pudding shake. The person that brought out the shake offered to fix it and pay the up charge “difference.” Which we agreed. He came back and he said the manager refused to fix the shake. We had to reorder and pay for another shake. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and experience.

I rated this sonic 3 stars because every time I have gone which isn't very often to get ice cream it has taken over 20-30 minutes to get it. Another time it took an hour. The staff isn't as friendly and when you push the button to let them know about the wait time they say its coming which seems to take even longer. The 3 stars are because its the only one close to where we live, my kids enjoy the playground and the ice cream is good.

It's rare to get fresh/hot food. They have always been soooooo slow!! I visited frequently for a favorite drink and occasional snack. The kids go to play on the playground which a nice little set up. Never had rude service so that's a plus!

We ordered a Sonic Blast and a Chocolate Oreo Master Milkshake this time. The service and the wait were decent. Both treats had add-ins which were top heavy with plain vanilla on the bottom of the cup rather than even mixing throughout but that has been typical here. Ok overall.

We tend to just visit here for treats as the prices are pretty high for fast food and the wait is usually long whether you are in line or dining there. Still, the kids love the play area and there are a lot of options to choose from for treats and drinks.

Person taking our order talked over us the entire time we tried to order, they gave us a medium coke when we ordered a large, and refused to give us the correct size beverage when we informed them of the mistake. They also left out all sauces from the order. Will not be returning due to the terrible customer service.

I’m so disappointed in the service I didn’t even receive because they refused our order. We got to this location at 10:50. We pulled in right behind a car ordering; the car in front of us took a bit because of conversation and banter back and fourth. We pulled up to the speaker where we waited roughly 2 mins. As SOON as the clock hit 11pm the lady finally decided to speak and said “ sorry we aren’t taking orders anymore “ I asked her if she was kidding and she said no. When I asked to speak to the manager, Xavier answered when I told him I literally have a dash cam that shows we were here before 11pm waiting he told me “ you aren’t going to scare me into serving you, I stop taking orders at 11. “ there were FOUR OTHER CARS behind as well all before 11pm. We pulled into a neighboring parking lot where another car followed to tel us they couldn’t believe that just happened. I understand the need to close and save labor cost, but maybe put a cone up at 10:50 if don’t want people in the drive through.

Went here today around 6:00 right after the pool. Me and my husband didn’t realize we both left our wallets at home and ordered my food , the young lady who was the manager working paid for me ! After a rough day thats what turned it around! Thank you! P.S the food was Great!
