Colton's Steakhouse

We second guessed our decision to come here in the beginning only because it was prime time dinner times an the parking lots was so empty, but holy cow... We received the best service an food. Our waitress was prompt, and made sure we were taken care of. Food was hot an super delicious. For our first time visit we were impressed. Way to go Colton's!!

Got a to go salad first off didn't even fill Togo box plus they didn't have all toppings for salad and salad was 14 dollars. Not enough dressing and charged me for extra.. Then while I'm waiting. Mind you they are not busy and I called this order in 30 min ago. There are roaches by to go area and bathrooms.. waste of time and money. Definitely going down hill quickly.. when asked for manager was told she isn't here doesn't work on Mondays.. so no managers on mondays??

HORRIBLE Service Was about to walk out just waiting on someone yo show up at the front yo seat us. Should have took the warning. After getting seated, rolls, drinks, appetizer arrives.. still waiting on silverware. Asked and waitress pops off "yeah that might be useful" then she goes to another table visiting, joking and picking stuff up off the floor with her bare hands. By the time we got up to walk out she came back, still no silverware, I asked about it again and she informed me the silverware wasn't her problem. SERIOUSLY??? Now we know why the parking lot was empty!

This Colton’s location is poor. Food was very OK. The place was dirty. Hopefully I have attached a photo of a ceiling fan near our table. Service poor. I ordered a second glass of wine when my food arrived…..my meal was finished when it arrived. The restaurant was totally NOT busy. That being said, the Mountain Home, Arkansas location is very good.

It was quite satisfying and I'm surprised I ate the entire country fried steak plate. I also devoured the plain Caesar salad with no croutons along with my steamed vegetables that I forgot to take a picture of each. I hope all of the servers there are as outgoing and pleasant on the eyes as Toni. She was not only easy to understand when she gave me choices of food based on my appetite, she even provided me with her input on the meals she enjoys plus how they're prepared. I admire a person that is great in their job In addition to knowing the menu in order to assist customers. Unfortunately on my next visit, I'll be eating a bit healthier lifestyle and will be enjoying smaller portions also.

Unfortunately, there was a lack of employees today... The poor server had to seat people, had 12 tables of people, was working the bar food, and no busboy. One waitress to do three or four people's jobs.... poor girl! The food was fine except for the fact that they sent out a wrong item but who knows what was going on in the kitchen...
