Taco Bell

One star is not low enough. This is just one of the MANY things I've experienced at this location. It's honestly the worst location I've ever been to. It would do us all a favor to shut the doors for good. Unfortunately it's the only one on doordash. I've given them multiple chances and it only gets worse. Tonight we ordered three burritos, a Chipotle melt, and a chicken quesadilla. This picture is the "melt". I asked for no jalapeño sauce on the quesadilla which I didn't get so now I have to order something else for my daughter to eat. I paid for nacho cheese on one burrito which I didn't get - not to mention it was just as empty as the melt. I will never go back again. I'm not sure if it's the management or what, but they need to take lessons from the Joyce Blvd location. I really hope someone in charge will read this and get the store under control.

It usually takes 15 minutes at least to go through this particular drive thru. Tonight, I didn't even get that opportunity. Although the hours clearly state it closes at 4 am, they put a bucket in front of my car at 3 am. I guess they were tired of dealing with drunks but, I was completely sober and had just gotten off work.

Our initial review of this place was great, the midnight crew was awesome! Today, not so much. The drive-through worker was rude to us after we tried to place an online order, and then didn’t give us what we ordered. They didn’t include half of my online order or the sauce we ordered and paid for. Literally worst experience we’ve had.

Stopped at this Taco Bell on my way home from hiking Devil’s Den. The food was great. The staff were friendly, and got my entire order correct in the drive through. The food was warm, and they even rechecked all the bags for me since I would be taking it on the road. Handicap parking and entrance available.

Recent reviews seem pretty poor but I've had one experience here and they get 5 stars for it. 1. The food was fresh, well-made, and not slopped together like some fast food places. 2. The drive through worker was goofy and made my family smile and giggle after a truly horrible day spent in an ICU nearby. So managers: take note of the drive through and food assembly workers tonight- they were on point. Drive through workers: I gotchu dawg.
