This Burger King on 301 is HORRIBLE, THE WOMAN IN THE MORNING DRIVE THRU HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE. ONE MORNING. I ordered 2 croissant Sanchez with eggs and cheese sausage and I get my bag and ride down the street to take my husband his food i noticed we didn't have no freaking meat. So I'm so hungry and mad i go back up there and told the woman about my order and question her about the food i paid for, she gets an attitude. Like she paid for them or made the food. The burgers are cold, cheese never melted. Been here 3 different times thinking it was just a mistake each time. Won’t be back

Update: please start making sure that the coffee you're selling is hot--let's remember that coffee's supposed to be hot and that many of us ordering coffee @ the drive-thru are traveling somewhere and intend to drink it right away, I don't have a microwave in my car.

Eggnormous burrito !! Not eggnormous or anything kind of like it . Not filled . Flat and hard as a rock ! Didn’t get my orange juice . I love the breakfast burrito . So sad getting home to realize it was so terrible !!

The manager was super nice&working her tail off. Unfortunately though, her staff moved slower than snails. Also it was extremely understaffed. Absolutely no reflection on the manager though because she very obviously was doing her best to pick up the slack.

Went to drive thru at 8:25 on Nov 2 and when I pulled up to order I was asked to wait a moment. I waited 10 mins and watched them take 3 other cars order in the other drive thru lane. I said hello is anyone there someone answered I explained that to them, so they started to take my order then they asked me to hold on again and someone else came back and was not aware that I had been setting and waiting for 10 mins at this time. I ask if the dinning room was open so I could talk to a manager and they told me no, I was rude for a brief moment and apologized promptly, because that is not the correct way to handle this so I ask for a number and a name of a manager for the next morning for which I did not receive a response to, So I left. What ever the malfunction was tonight I hope it gets resolved because this is not a way to keep customers. A different food chain got my money tonight.

I just can't get a fresh burger here and the wait is usually longer than expected. The meat on the double hamburger and the whopper are dry and that happened on 3 visits, so I either have to start complaining or just not go to this location anymore.
I forgot to add this... yesterday I got their Ch'King Sandwich at this location. What a waste of money. The only chicken sandwich worse was Bojangles. It looks nothing like the pictures and it is not good at all.
