Probably the best catfish I have ever had. The batter was light and flavorful. The fixins provided were delicious. Hush puppies, coleslaw, green tomatoes, and Dill pickles! The meal came with fries as well! True down home southern cooking at its finest! Give ‘em a try! You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and oh my GOODNESS, it will NOT be the last. The food (fried chicken crispy and melted in your mouth; fried catfish was crispy, tender and moist; shrimp a little tough but tasted delicious) everything was more than expected. The hush puppies were exceptional. The taste of the food surpassed the word delicious and was worth every dollar!
Why did I give 4 stars? The fried shrimp was tough. My client's fried shrimp was also tough. But the shrimp was seasoned perfectly and I will return to fulfil my fried shrimp, fried catfish craving again.

First the staff. I was extremely impressed with the constant flow and almost choreography the team seemed to have. They all moved in a smooth transition filling glasses, food and delivery for each other. It was not left for one person. The entire process is built on team work.
We walked in right after church on Sunday. We were seated immediately with no wait. The food came out starting with hush puppies and coleslaw that kept getting refilled. They brought us pickled tomatoes that were a scrumptious addition to the hush puppies and my first time eating them. I ordered catfish of course. Now, I like fish but I don't want too much if a fish flavor. The first piece was not too bad but the second piece was incredible. That was the flavor I'd been hearing about!

This is a great place to enjoy great catfish in a pleasant, comfortable restaurant. Hush puppies and slaw came first. The catfish was served piping hot and was all that I remembered. They even supplied green tomato relish and lemon slices.

The food and vibe of this place is great. I came back and had the fried catfish and fries. The catfish was really good as someone who doesn't eat fish a lot. The fries were not great though. As always, the unlimited hush puppies were the star of the show and it's worth coming here just for those. Staff was very friendly and active with checking on us and refilling the hush puppies. No complaints about Catfish Hole besides the fries.

The hush puppies are amazing and they're served like chips and salsa.. so they just keep on coming. I was born and raised in New Orleans so Cajun dishes takes a lot to impress me. But to the common tongue it's the best catfish in the city. But it's okay ,I would go back again. The staff is really amazing. If you blinked and eye your glass is full to the rim. Never a thirsty moment.
