Let me first start by saying I love Wing Company in Hope Mills but twice I’ve encountered the most rudest chick ever. I don’t know her name but she wears contacts and has locs. We always order from there and the military discount is applied. The last time we ordered she was very nasty and tried to say I couldn’t pre-place an order because it showed as no-show..but wren I asked for the date she didn’t know so LIES!! I keep all of my receipts and offered to provide proof but she flipped it off and shrugged her shoulders. Tonight I ordered 35 wings which was not cheap. I get to the counter and low and behold I show her my military ID. She says “that’s not active duty” but I’ll give it to you, anyway. I said you guys changed to active duty only? She shrugs her shoulders and said I don’t know ma’am (with an attitude). So I asked why would she say it? I then ask for a manager to get clarification and the manager said “there’s a discount”. This chick had the audacity to reply “well it looks expired” in an attempt to discredit it. The manager verified it wasn’t expired..I’m like my husband did 21 years and retired, there is nothing expired about my ID. I understand if someone is having an off night but to encounter the same service twice with the same chick is unacceptable. I’ll still patronize Wing Company just not the one in Hope Mills. It’s bad enough I’m missing wings occasionally when we order (which a manager always offers to fix so that’s a plus). On top of that at our last encounter when she tried to say I didn’t show up for an order. I asked her to remove it from the system because it was incorrect, I had all of my automated messages telling me my order was ready for pickup. Well..guess what?? When I placed my order last night this is what it showed & I know it’s her attempt at being sarcastic. Just be prepared for wings with a side of “tude”🙄.

Went tonight to place a To-Go order. Tasha was great, fast , and informative (it was my first visit) We got the 5wings and fries meal (dry lemon pepper) and some boneless wings (sweet chili and bbq) . The food was good & fresh. They fixed the one thing that was wrong with no hesitation.Service was quick. Will definitely be back .

I ordered online with curbside pick up, I had to answer ??s so they can ID my car. . I ended up having to walk in for my food. The salad looked fine but no one put a single utensil or napkin in the bag. My HTB was missing the bacon and pickles and my tomato was literally mush. The double burger was ordered med well but was more well along with the bun which was burned vs toasted. Everything else was on my burger per the menu. I did appreciate the beef not being salty which is why I didn't go to the regular places. I should have though cause I would have felt like I got what I paid for. I won't go back.

I came In yesterday with my family.. everything was great. I came back tonight.. well 2 stars is what your getting tonight. My order was not up to expectations. In fact it felt more like you get what you pay for at this time of night. The entir bottom of the tray was cover in sauce n almost all the tenders were not covered. I'll give this location another try n the near future.

The food at this place was absolutely horrible. I ordered the fish sandwich which was supposed to be a half a pound of fish on a sub roll, what I received was basically the same size as a fish sandwich from McDonald's. Not even close to a half a pound. It also had a burnt taste. My son ordered some type of hamburger rap that tasted atrocious. In our order we had an order of cheese fries, the cheese was basically a plastic liquid that had some type of a funky taste. My other son ordered wings, these were okay but definitely on the small side. My wife had ordered the Philly cheese steak, which she stated tasted very Bland. We spent $51 on food and I would rather have ordered from McDonald's. We ended up throwing more than half of it in the trash. I would not advise ordering from this restaurant. It's not even worth it to try to get ahold of them to request a refund. Going forward my money will be better spent at other places.

I placed an online order for pickup at an established time. However, I received a message that my order was ready over an hour before my requested time. I proceeded to get my order, but upon my arrival, was told that my order wasn’t ready. I explained that I received a message that my order was ready for pickup and was again told that it wasn’t ready. I waited for about 20 minutes and then asked to speak to the manager. An arrogant, discourteous and unhelpful individual by the name of Nick begrudgingly presented himself as the manager and not only tried to overtalk me but walked away as I was attempting to express my concern, only saying that I requested a pickup time of 7:30 and my order wouldn’t Be ready until then. The ladies behind the register and a server witnessed the entire interaction. Mind you, he was basically telling me that I had to wait another 30 minutes. After the cashier tried to provide me an explanation that the message is auto sent when the kitchen clears a screen, I recommended that they change their messaging to notify the customer that their order is being prepared, not that their order is ready for pickup. As I continued to wait, another customer came in and had the same issue. I told her to see if the manager would talk to her with some sense and she told me she had the same problem, pointed to Nick and said he was useless. When finally getting my food, the cashier is the only person that apologized even as the so called manager was standing right there To top it all off, the wings were substandard. I always order extra crispy and every one of the wings was soft. Disgusting service. Disgusting food. The only person that was helpful was the cashier named Natasha. Y’all are going downhill….fast.

Way to expensive 10 wings $16.10. No fries no celery nothing extra, The taste of the lemon pepper wings has no. Flavor. I could have cooked chicken 100x better. I literally was rob. I will never eat there again.

I was polite and got attitude. I was very specific about my order. The staff gave her opinion and it wasn't needed, she not eating it nor paying for it. Said they would cook the extra 20mins. But order took 16mins. When I wanted to ask questions. She got real nasty and walked away snappy saying "Do you want them dropped" repeatedly. They ended up making my food new and didn't tell me, i had to ask after standing there another 20mins. It wasn't busy and I could tell I was being conversed about. I'll never go back and will not suggest it to other. To each is own.
