Pizza Hut

I ordered a Pizza online. Specified extra pepperoni… some slices only had one slice. This happened at another PizzaHut in town and they had to remake. We purchase pizza because we like it and we don’t want to cook. With the cost of a pizza as well as the toppings, GET. IT. RIGHT!!! Also, received a pizza from this particular establishment with cooked plastic, possibly from the wrap over the precut veggies! Thru it in the trash!!! Or hire ppl who can produce and not because you need them there. Gonna find me another pizza place who does better. PizzaHut…YOU. HAVE. DISAPPOINTED.

Deliver the pizza while it is still hot!!! I was told the driver could not find our location even though specific directions were included and we have had deliveries from this location several times previously with no problem. I did not receive a phone call when she apparently could not find us, however, driver said she called and spoke to someone by the name of Ms Williams who said she did not order pizza so driver returned pizza to Pizza Hut. My phone number was correct on the order so I have no idea who she called. We were having an officer swearing in ceremony so we ordered in PLENTY enough time to eat before, however, pizza was not delivered until ceremony had started and the pizza was FREEZING cold. The entire experience was unacceptable.
