Tony's Pizza

Have ate here alot both lunch and dinner. The food is good. My favorite spot for NY style pizza in Fayetteville. The customer service is a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly, polite and helpful other times they have been rude and acted like they could care less if they helped anyone. Gave it 4 stars because of the food.

Go to for pizza in town, simple pizza and wings are AMAZING. Customer service could be improved but I don’t mind the sarcasm. It makes me laugh but could be off putting to some customers. Overhaul needed inside. They need help with phone service and delivery. It feels like I’m waiting for them to look up my address in their personal phones to see if they deliver to me. I should be able to tip after I order and pay inside for to go order. Otherwise I’ve always been charmed by this place. Wonderful NY style pizza that keeps me coming back.

Definitely a "must try". I had funnel cake fries and wow they were so yummy. I also got an XL cheese pizza and it was fabulous! The slices are huge. Crust is thin but oh so good. Be prepared for a possible wait time because they make the pizza and funnel cake fries fresh to order. Also the funnel cake fries are super hot so use caution. I know.

First time in, haven't had the food yet, but first impressions is NOT good. Girl taking order couldn't remember what I wanted just after I told here. Other women behind counter oozed displeasure with girl taking orders. No one was showing signs of cheerfulness or customer service. Wheather I come back again will depend on quality of food.

The food is good if that is what u order. They are always messing up my order and the customer service is terrible. I use to go there when the Tony was there, I was just telling the worker today. I was telling him about the bad service and how i was a regular. He replied there is know Tony that works here. First of all show some respect.I know that sometime people have a off day. But really all the time! Management really need to get involve and start looking at their reviews. Thanks

Came in on Dec 27, 2017 around 7:30pm to have some pizza with my husband, ordered and sat down on the right side of the restaurant to eat, after being there for about FIFTEEN minutes and starting to eat, the little girl with her nose pierced wants to come inform us that the side we were sitting on is “closed” and when we politely apologized for not being aware, apparently there was a sign that we didn’t see so she spins it around and rolls her eyes. Terrible employee, I wouldn’t want her working for my business.
