Hardee's

Ordered new ultimate sausage biscuit with no cheese and requested a brown or dark biscuit. Lady at drive thru was friendly and personable. Austin( the manager) dry and sarcastic. Anyways I paid for biscuit and was asked to pull-up to white line to wait. No problem. After about 5 mins or so a nice young lady brought out food. It was hot so I didn't check. Once at work I open my breakfast and of course it has cheese. Not 1 slice but 2 and it was melted on the sausage patties. I called the store and got Austin and of course he was dry about the mistake. Never apologized for the inconvenience once. Offered a replacement tomorrow morning and hung up. Usually I would say that managers set the tone for team members but all the team members I encountered were great. Amazing Austin is the one in charge and the one who dropped the ball. I see why the parking lot is always empty. Who wants to give there hard earned money to a company whose management acts as of customer satisfaction is not required in customer service.

This place has become one of the single Handley worst places to order through a drive-through I've been here several times in the past few months and every time it's slow and nobody is nice when you try to order it through the drive-through no matter how nice you try to beat it up this place is just trash

The food was pretty fresh but the girl at the window didn't really speak. They told us they were out of pickles for the burgers we wanted. They also gave us the wrong orders for every burger. Put onions on each one when we ordered no onions. Grandma can't eat seeds because of stomach issues so we ordered her burger on seedless bun and was on the screen and receipt but the burger had seeds on it and she could not eat her food at all.
