Wonderful service in the drive thru !! (Friday) 2 perfectly made french vanilla lattes ☕😋 Thank you 💗 One lady took my order, one gal took my payment, and another girl was there to deliver my drinks .... I want to send a special thank you for the older lady who took my order and made sure my day was wonderful - thank you! Location is perfect for 401 traffic eastbound and lots of parking there and adjacent lot (truckers or large load vehicles)

Very disappointed. Went through drive-thru and ordered a Happy meal. Took a bite out of my hamburger and noticed there was no meat on burger. Went inside and showed manager and she thought it was funny! I did not think it was a funny matter! She did try to make it good by offering me different types of foods? I declined all I ask for was some meat for my burger, and was on my way. Will not return!

This is the best McDonalds in Fayetteville, At least their Mon-Fri breakfast & lunch crew are the best. They make all our food almost to perfection without variation and have the most pleasant attitudes! I choose to go to this one even if I'm across town, I'll wait to get to this location. Outstanding job to this crew! 👏

I came here 2x and will never come back again. This girl claim to be the manager with a very long nails that likes to argue with a customer. She said I was irritated while I was ordering and it made me feel irritated when she said that. I was trying to claim the survey that I completed that morning and I gave her my coupon survey and told me that I just got the receipt that morning. She needs more training on how to be a manager and she needs to shut up and listen to customers. Very argumentative! Very angry girl. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Two days in a row (tried to get a different result today) I ordered a deluxe Quarter Pounder with cheese add bacon and a patty. Yesterday I got a regular QP with cheese with bacon and no lettuce no tomato (that is the deluxe part.) Called to complain to just have the single.patty refunded. I was told to come back they would remake it. This is not possible for me. So I tried a second chance today on my way home. Same result, so I caught it this time as it was a drive through order not an app order. They remade a double QP add bacon but no lettuce no tomato. I had to wait for the order and then had to wait for ANYOME to even acknowledge my existence before they got it wrong again. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT patron this business. This is not the even 50th time they have messed up an order, but it combined with the HORRENDOUS customer service deserves to loose business until they can fix it. I am beyond done.

I love McDonald's even my girlfriend Sydney likes it as much as I do I love McDonalds 1 million Tranquility 1500 million five hundred thousand five hundred million Tranquility 500,000 Tranquility I would never live without it it's so tasty and good I have to have it I wish you was good enough for me to eat everyday so don't matter to be honest I cannot gain weight like everybody else
