Dunkin'

Wish I could leave no stars honestly!!! This store normally is pretty good but the last few times I’ve come with my family we’ve been told that they e ran out of donuts 🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️ Like really how do you run out of donuts!!! Honestly I believe their closing the store down way earlier then their supposed to be because it Literally was only 815 on a Sunday and they’re telling me they ran out of donuts it’s hard for me to believe that!! (6-26-22) not only that but like I said this has been the first time this has happened. Very Dissatisfied customer

They have pretty good coffee better than most coffee places but this is NOT the case for this location. The only thing with Dunkin Donuts is it's a little bit on expensive compared to McDonald's and you don't get any refills of any of their drinks I will say this the staff at Dunkin Donuts on Raeford Road are extremely terrible about not opening the store at 6 o’clock when they’re supposed to open! There has been many occasions where I arrive at 6am and wait till 6:20am and the lights are still off. This is very unacceptable and very unprofessional way to run a business. I use to manage a Dunkin’ Donuts in Greenville North Carolina and it was open 24 hours a day seven days a week 364 days a year and we never did not have service to the public! I’m like the other guy who posted that said I would give zero stars if I could, For this location

I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a Strawberry/Dragonfruit refresher and it was waterdowned too much. My best frie d ordered a Black Iced Coffee with Mocha Swirl and she said said it was waterdowned too. We ordered a croissant with turkey and bacon wrapped and shared it and even though the croissant was flaky and buttery, we swear there was only 1 bag in strip and the turkey was only 1 slice too. What a disappointment.

Raeford rd location is not professional at all. I walk in, not one person greets- i stood there waiting for help for 7 mins til I said EXCUSE me, and then a lady looks up. My mobile order of course wasnt ready- when I got it my hash brown was cold, my bacon, fried egg, cheese crossiant was full of nothing but fat..no bacon at all- i leave and discover they didnt put my paid doughnut in my order, sp I had to turn around and go back for it. Manager doesnt seem to friendly, let alone is she professional. Think her name is Trish something like that. My first time at this location and probably the last time. Avoid this location. The only thing that tasted half decent was my glazed doughnut that I had to drive back for and it wasnt all that. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are 10xs better.
