Panera Bread

Blind trust report: 1.They gave 4 star quality service. 2. w(Friendly, fast service, and clean restaurant ) 3. It doesn’t allow for food preparation to be seen, however great selection of Prepared food at the counter. 4. In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars out of my standard rating scale in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant?

the people on staff tonight were welcoming, friendly and overall amazing. they easily kept up a comfortable atmosphere in store despite being slammed, which honestly? props to you guys. I wish my coworkers worked as well and happily as y'all do. hope y'all have a great night and drive safe out there!

Had food delivered to me by my hubby a week ago from here. Oh wow. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was also..he sent me a very fresh and soft breakfast sandwich with sausage and eggs and a vanilla latte. I was stuck at our rental unit with dead battery so I spent the nite. When I got up he surprised me with this yummy treat and had sent from. Door dash or uber eats... The bread was soft and warm, and the sandwich melted in my mouth. I wasn't a fan of Panera before because the bread was always too hard and I don't like toasted or hard crusty bread. My bread has to be soft and fresh or I don't want it. This was perfect and I will be getting this combo again for sure. 2 thumbs up from a recent Convert, you guys earned my business with this level of quality for sure 👌 👍 😀

Not a good experience! They didn't have the right bread for de BLT, no extra bread for the soup so we got chips with sea salt and my wife is allergic to sea salt, no lemon cookies! The cashier was nice but never ask if the order was dine in and they make it in a bag to go but when we look around everybody else had bags too so maybe was a bad trick and that way they didn't have to do the dishes!

This is a horrible location for Panera. The drive thru often doesn’t give you the full or correct order, even when you discuss the details more than you should have to. We ordered and explained in detail what we wanted and then we didn’t get the side items. They just don’t care about getting it right. Go elsewhere.

The customer service has really decreased ☹️ the young man with the false lashes took our order and clearly showed that he had no desire to be there. It was near closing and a young lady saturated the entire floor near the drink station with water and began mopping while customers were still placing orders with drinks. The food was ok, but the environment left much to be desired. We visited on a weeknight during the week of 11-17APR22
