$5 grab bag is one of the best deals in fast food right now. A burger 🍔 and chicken 🐔 nuggets with fries 🍟 and a small drink. Quick drive thru and you're back to work. Generally friendly staff who will work to get your order right.

Service was horrible. I asked for 2 double stacks w/ no pickles and a medium coke. I received pickles on my burger and a warm coke with about 10 ice cubes. I was to far down the road to go back. I won’t be returning. $8 dollars wasted…

DO BOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They just take your money and don’t care nor Inform you. Our nuggets where cold they did not pay attention to our order even though we repeated it twice. They forgot our fries and made us pay for extra chili and didn’t tell us it was going on the side. Y’all need to do better even though I already emailed corporate.

Ordered on the app for pick up using the drive thru. Got up to the screen told them I had a mobile order. He consumed he could hear to speak up. So I repeated myself louder. Then he got mad accused me of yelling and started cussing me out. He also stated that they didn’t have to take my order and that they didn’t need my business. So I drive up to the window refused my order and requested my money back. They claimed they processed a refund but I haven’t received my money back and they don’t answer the phone when you call. Avoid this Wendy’s.

The Wendy’s on Yadkin Road is terrible. My assumption is that there is a major management issue at this particular restaurant. No matter the day, this location is always understaffed. To make matters worse, you’ll sit at the intercom until you’re told they are closed, or until you’ve had enough and drive off.
To make matters worse, the ability to order online for pick up is flawed, again, because they are somehow always understaffed. You’re told that you have to go through the drive thru to get your order because they can’t send anyone out of the restaurant to give you your food.
This particular location really needs some help from Corporate. Either that, or be shut down.

This location is not the best. Every time I come here which is not often, my order is messed up. They always have some kinds of issues which I can look past because stuff happens. However, I would rather drive across town than come to this location anyway. Very poor accuracy.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Waited in the drive thru waiting to order for 10 mins until I said hello and then they responded. Even then, they acted like it was a bother to take an order. Got my food and it was cold, I asked if that was normal. The employee scoffed and asked if I wanted hot food like it was an issue.. Bad attitude and customer service overall.

Customer service at it's worst. First of all Wendy's need to fix your website because if I order online to pick-up I shouldn't have to make a drive thru line. That's the point to not waste time after all I'm on break for work. And Erika the manager rude and disrespectful her response was that she's short on staff and that I have to pick-up my order through the drive thru even though your website options are different. Like I said if I order online for pickup I shouldn't need to make a long line to pickup my order.
