Bobo's Ribbon Ice

Loved the ribbon ice with 2 toppings (Boba and fresh fruits) and condensed milk drizzle. The quantity of large was copious and to my liking. Also bought Mocha and Macha smoothies .. Macha was good, Mocha was too bitter to my taste. I wish they had eggless/vegetarian snacking options because sometimes with too much sweet , one would like a pallette reset.

Awesome! Definitely need to go here! I had never been here nor have I ever ordered boba, and the menu, to me, was quite vast, and I thought it was overwhelming. It's like going into Starbucks and there's so many options you don't know what to choose or how to make a drink yours. But the staff was wonderful! She asked me different questions about different things I like and she helped me choose a drink and it was delicious! They even have some food there as well. A very large selection of drink options. Definitely will be returning as a customer there.

In the past I have enjoyed coming to this place but over the past few months I hesitate to come in because of the staff. The girls who work up front don’t greet incoming customers or try to have a positive attitude, they just wait til you’re at the counter, blankly stare at you and then ask “can I take your order?” A simple “Hi there, how may I help you” with a smile is more welcoming and doesn’t require much effort. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect everyone to have a good day or be in the best mood at all times but, it also doesn’t excuse you to have such an attitude towards people. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand it can be difficult or sometimes a worker doesn’t mean to come off in such a way but, they should really care about how they come off to others. It just makes me sad when I’m able to provide great service by doing the bare minimum and it can’t even be met when I come here…

Love this location, best drinks and friendly staff in my opinion. However each time I go I feel like the music does not fit the location. My friends find it funny that reggaetón is always playing at a boba shop haha. Its a bit random and funny because the lyrics can get vulgar and not family friendly
