This place is a complete and total waste of time / money. Every single time I order from here they manage to mess up A SALAD. From not putting the protein on it (what??) to dousing it in Italian seasoning when I selected Italian dressing.

Congratulations to the award winning employee this evening that just discouraged patroning this establishment. As I walked in to place an order, I noted the 2 customers eating. This man informed me he was too busy and it would be 30 minutes before he could even take my order. The food is definitely not worth the wait or his exceptionally bad attitude about his job.

We went in to order 2 sandwiches. My husband told them he wanted two 6 inches ,(he should have told them mediums) For starters it took them about 25 mins to make the sandwiches. We took them home. What we had were two sandwiches that were about 2.5 inches. I asked for bacon and mushrooms, they were put on my husband's sandwich and the prices are outrageous.

Horrible service! Waited an hour for 2 sandwiches and it wasn’t even busy! Employees just talking not doing their job! The place was gross and not clean at all! Don’t go there!!! Will never come here again!!!!!

I took a chance on the Everything Hook & Ladder sandwich that's being offered for a limited time. Outside the part of bread that was harder than the bagel it represents, it's not a bad sandwich. I think it would've been a good sandwich without the added ingredients (at know charge). I think that's the 2nd or may be 3rd time I've even had a Hook & Ladder. I'm more of a New Yorker myself. Over all, this is a good sandwich as long as the bread isn't hard a as a rock in parts.
