Dunkin'

Stop by this location around 8:45 on my way home from work I orderd a white chocolate mocha hot chocolate, lady said they didn't carry it anymore.So I asked for something else off menu displayed outside again the lady said we can only do it cold,what the heck.the menu had hot option . It is 28 degrees outside here so I asked what to you have that is hot and she replied Coffee.Really...Duh. Their menu board does not show correctly what is offered and the girl was quite rude .The service in Beckley DD is alot better 👌Oh and this is not the first bad experience here.Everytime I stop to order something they never have it.

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate the girl made it sat it on the counter, I questioned if that is a frozen hot chocolate she said yes told her it looks more like chocolate milk she said sometimes if the ice is low it does that, then turned and walked away it was the absolute worst I have ever had don’t stop there

There was three girls working when we came in and they all went to the back when they seen us come in. POOR attitude towards us when they finally got told to come wait and serve us. And told us we should've hollered for them. My mother in law asked out loud there times, " hello?", "excuse me?", and "is anybody working?". And a girl was hateful when handing us our food. We only ordered three things. Never coming back sadly.

Do not go to this dunkin. The staff are so unfriendly. They put the wrong size lid on the hot coffee it dumped in the car split all over everyone in it. They are not friendly, they watched us out the drive thru window get covered and burnt with coffee and laughed. These was grown adults not teenagers. I can't believe, They never opened the window to offer a fresh coffee or paper towel. We was so upset, we just pulled out of the drive thru and tried to get cleaned up. We felt it was best not to go back and address the issue. I'm giving them 1 star only because the coffee is good standard dunkin coffee. But it was not worth dealing with the staff.
