Chuck E. Cheese

The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most sanitary places that I've been to. This one by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE EVER 💯. Super clean. Customer service is excellent. Sean Sanchez (District Technical Manger FF) was very personable and professional. He deserves the upmost praise. He was willing to take the time to explain how the games worked. If you're looking for a fun place for kids. You can't go wrong!!!!

Awesome establishment and the best staff. My daughters first trip to Chuck E. Cheese was so memorable thanks to Kelton & Shakeeria. If Management is reading this please recognize them. We got there at 7:45 and They were closing early at 8pm due to short staffing and I completely understand but, they allowed us stay and enjoy the experience. Thank you again and I will return again and again. The facility was clean and organized and well taken care of. We played all the games over and over.

My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn’t have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it’s reloadable. Make sure you pause it when eating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had a blast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it let me compare if I would have rather had a party or not and I’m glad that I went the route that I did. My two year old had a blast without paying for a party and that’s what matters! Also my friends party host was Ty and that young man did a very nice job! See if you can request him as your party host! He was attentive and in good spirits. Even tried to get the birthday boy in the dancing and singing spirit when Chuck E came out. I will be visiting very soon.

I really was disappointed My grandson was crying so much because this lady had a dog there He was scared this was not a service dog I understand the Blind folk and some other need the dog with them this lady at the Upper Riverdale Rd I asked for my money back I drove to Fayetteville for My grandkids can enjoy and be A kids Y'all need to enforce the State of Ga proof or something All kids doesn't like dogs me neither

Pretty clean and not crowded at all (went on a Monday). A young lady at the front counter said she would be right back to assist us, and after waiting over 15 minutes, we just figured out what to do (to get a play pass) on our own. Some of the games were not working, and one that supposed to print out a picture failed for us. There was no one to complain to (the front desk girl was not available). A few games took our points, but failed to play as well.

Have taken my young daughter here twice in the past six months. Both times have been awesome. Friendly staff, clean space and no more than one or two machines/games out of service. I would however like to see them bring back the hand stamps. The booth hasn’t been active either time we’ve gone and it does provide peace of mind.

Today was my daughter's 3rd birthday and although we did not book a party directly through Chuck e cheese due to it being a last minute decision I must say the staff was excellent. The establishment was very clean and every single staff member was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my family had a good time.
