Honestly less than 1 star explains why no one is ever there. First and foremost my husband went in to get order our food and it looked as if the lights were off, mind you this is around 8:30 pm and the close at supposedly 9:00 pm. He proceeds to still go inside anyway and states that they acted as if they didn’t want him to be there or be bother. As we are returning home with the food they cheap styrofoam plate that was used to package the food snaps in half in the bag. I call to let them know what happened and the young man (very pleasant) states the manger said I would have to pay because it was my fault. I simply threw it away because it’s not as if the food is good enough to return. I wasn’t asking for an entirely new plate or anything, I was simply looking to maybe recieve another meal at a discounted rate and just the opportunity to explain the incident but the unprofessional management couldn’t even let me know that over the phone. The place already looks very run down and dirty anyway so why even bother. Save your money and the trip for salmonella because it’s is definitely not worth it. Btw myabi jr rocks and it’s much more appealing by tastes and looks and it’s also on Ramsey. I don’t usually do this but this place just needs to be shut down.

first of all, I drove in circles for 20 minutes looking for the place, which happens to be in the most obscure location. the food came out fast, but after one bite i knew id never eat here again. the chicken smelled like armour beef stew and resembled dog food. it reminded me of a frozen country style steak. the people who frequent this place have obviously never had the luxury of good japanese food. dont eat here
