I’m gonna be honest, the quality of this Panda Express has went down over the years. One: they don’t fill up the orders like they used to. Now they are filling them half way now, which mind you is a family feast. Two: they no longer pay attention on putting everything you ordered, I already received a few orders with missing boxes and they still charge me for them. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest Panda Express and I can’t drive back to complain to them for a refund of the food they haven’t put.

This location stays very busy. So I've only had Uber Eats eperiences. On those orders a lot of things were left off of the notes section. Silverware, duck sauce & other things to complete the order. This location also runs out of a lot of the items that are on the Uber Eats order section. So getting the correct order sometimes can be difficult. Overall the food does make up for the bad Uber Eats experience.

My first time ordering from Panda Express. We placed an order online for pickup. First disappointment: There is not a large menu to choose from. We ordered 7 plates at 8:30pm. The system said the order would be ready at 9pm. We arrived at about 9:05pm. Next disappointment: The order was not ready when we arrived. They said they were waiting on the chicken to cook. Third disappointment: Another couple arrived after us and got their food first. And all 15 cars going through the drive through got their orders in a timely manner. Fourth disappointment: At about 9:30pm they brought 6 plates... missing one.. we had to tell them there was a plate missing... now a longer wait. Fifth disappointment: Three of us came to pick up the order so the manager on duty only offered 3 drinks for the wait. Finally ready to go at 9:40pm and a 15 minute drive home.. So from time the order was placed to walk out the door with the food was an hour and ten minutes. But wait... a sixth disappointment... one plate was not made correctly. It did not have what was ordered. And because of the long wait the food that was prepared early was not hot. I am not impressed.

This place was my favorite years ago. They actually filled your plate and were friendly. Now they add so much vegetables to all meat choices with barely any meat. I ordered a bowl with white rice and angus steak which they charge extra for. I guess I paid for large mushrooms because that’s literally all they put and like 3 pieces of meat. If you order chow me in you will be cabbage and onions instead. And the teriyaki chicken you’ll be eating mostly fat. The disappointment in this place of what is is now is just horrible. And not to mention the attitude the workers have. This place sucks now.

Inaccurate order, unfriendly team, slow service. I ordered my meal through the drive thru (their attitude already sounded annoyed) and after paying for it they pulled me forward and told me it would be 7-9 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting outside, I called to remind them I was still waiting. After that, I still had to wait 5 more minutes. I don’t know what takes 25minutes to make but I didn’t have a large order - just a bowl and a plate. When the lady finally brought the food out to me, she didn’t say anything, and she barely looked at me. She just handed me the food and walked away. Then after I drove away, one of the entrees on my plate was wrong. At that point, it wasn’t even worth driving back. This is the third time in a row that I’ve had a terrible customer service experience at this location of Panda Express. I will not be back.

Today we went to Panda Express. I have to say the food was really good. I would definitely go back for the food. But unfortunately, I felt so uncomfortable seeing the way the employees were talked to, I am pretty sure I won't return anytime soon. We came in around 1pm on Mother's Day. It wasn't very busy when we arrived. But after going there I can see why businesses are having trouble getting and keeping help. The manager was extremely rude to the employees. To the point of coming to the register opening our plates and correcting the employee in front of us. And telling us she gave us to much food. It was less than what you get at other restaurants. Especially similar ones in the mall. That was the first time we had ever been there and she was a brand new employee, that's what the manager told us. We heard her fussing with someone else when we walked in the door. And then as we were sitting there eating our food she came out and rudely got on somebody about their break very loudly in front of the customers. Her tone and management skills definitely need improvement. A manager needs to know to correct employees not in front of everyone and especially customers but to pull them aside and speak to them privately. It ruined our dining experience. I don't know anyone. I am not even from Fayetteville, but I felt so bad for the employees working there. I honestly talk to my dog with more respect. When this place can't get or keep employees, and has to close down just be aware that it is because of this manager.

People are friendly but I never get teriyaki sauce with my chicken when I go through the drive thru. And I hardly ever get noodles with my chow main mostly just cabbage and onion.

This was my first time at panda express. I had the new chicken with the noodles and wow the noodles were out of this world amazing! Can't wait to have them again! Chicken was cooked perfect, loved the flavors!
