Boston Market

Boston Market catered my Car Club's Christmas Party, aside from them almost giving me a panic attack when they told the driver they didn't have my order (but they did have it ready), everything was great. The food was delivered early and it was delicious!! The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely order again! Mopars of Fayetteville thanks you!

We lived in the area 6 years ago and went here constantly. We visited the location again while on a road trip and what a difference 6 years has made to this restaurant. Building in disarray, landscaping unkept, they were out of half of the menu, the items we did order were tasteless, no soap in the bathrooms, interior was filthy. At this point close this location and put it out of its misery.

Run far away from this place. I ate here Tuesday and ended up with food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate all day. Two of the three items in my meal were a little suspect and I only had a couple of bites of each. The chicken looked ok but I paid dearly for it. After how sick I got, I will never step foot in Boston Market again.

Boston Market, I took my son to this particular location in Fayetteville North Carolina. the closest one to where we live is in Wilson North Carolina, although the environment was typical Boston Market, the employees were outstanding. But from you're able to see in the pictures the brussel sprouts would rather dry the stuff potatoes would definitely dry. Although I never knew Boston Market had fried chicken it was okay I should have went with my first choice which was there well-known rotisserie chicken. And the cornbread was actually cold.

Thanks for ruining Thanksgiving. $129 Ham was burnt and $12.99 for Mac and Cheese that fed 3 people not 12. I had to cook additional food to feed my guests and I had spent $160 to not have to. I had forgotten why I had stopped using Boston Market, but costly reminders. And since I have not heard from you regarding this would not recommend to anyone and as a matter of fact I tell everyone how badly they treat customers

No greeting, my first time here, I wasn't asked if I was dining in, My meal was put in to-go boxes. I asked if that was standard meal serving, as I intended to eat in, the server stated, no it's not, and she said she didn't know why she used to-go boxes. She said, next time tell us.....I told her it's my first time here, so, it's my fault? She said, "I didn't say that! And she handed me my receipt. There were literally 6 to 7 dirty tables. There were only 2 tables with customers; As I took pictures, a customer went and told them, so someone came out to clean tables. Food was good, but I won't return.

Last week I ordered online for pick up (which I do occasionally). My order was for a fried chicken combo (3-piece dark, 2 sides, cornbread). When I arrived for pick up. I gave the server my name. She found my order. She then says. "We don't have fried chicken." My response , " I placed the order from your website ". She just shrugged saying, "WE gave you 3-piece dark rotisserie. Somebody needs to update their website...NOW!! Very poor customer 😕.

They always severely mess up to go orders, don't rectify the issue, and have horrible customer service. I ordered a family meal and received the wrong size sides, didn't get a whole chicken, and was missing the corn bread. When I called, they hung up on me. When I called back, the woman on the phone admitted that they had mixed up the order with someone else but unless I wanted to come back to the store there was nothing to do. I was already 35 minutes away. When I expressed that I would like a partial refund or perhaps a free meal in the future she said no then told me to "come in and complain" then laughed at me and hung up. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes past my pick up time.
