I've only been here a couple times and while my first visit went fine, this last time was rather dissapointing. I stopped here to pick up food for a friend on my way home and decided to get something for myself too. Upon arrival, there was a decent size line waiting to get ice cream but there was no one in line for sandwiches - which is a separate line. I stood here for about 10-15 minutes, watching them go through the entirety of the ice cream line and then some before anyone even spoke to me. Not a huge deal, I understand if they have priorities or are simply busy with other things or couldn't tell what I was waiting for but generally asking someone who's standing around if they had already been helped is a good start. I order three meals. Two of them are chicken sandwich meals and one of them is a murger meal. Only one of the chicken sandwich meals has a modification and it was just "no pickles" because I'm allergic and then we got two milkshakes, a soda, and a lemonade. For starters, when they took our order, they didn't mention that they didn't actually serve lemonade here, only limeade. This ended up being fine, but they should probably tell people when they're taking the order. Additionally, they forgot about this drink all together. After taking the order, they made one of the milkshakes and that was it. They didn't give us the cup for the soda, we had to ask someone else for it and they forgot about the other milkshake and the limeade. And lastly, the one and only modification made was one one of the chicken sandwiches I asked for no pickles and lo and behold we get home and there are still pickles on this sandwich.

Always a delight when I visit here whether for my kids or me personally. I finally had the California Burrito and I was actually impressed with my choice. I had seen it on the menu from previous breakfast visits. It's similar but different from the Grande Breakfast Burrito that has jalapeños instead of avocado. You basically can't go wrong with anything you order from here, but it's still difficult to decide at times.

Ordered two burgers and fries with sweet teas through the drive threw at braums on 6th street in Fayetteville, won’t be back. Sweet tea tasted like old watered down un sweet tea. Worst burger I’ve ever had, very soggy bread, cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days, the burger was dry and had no taste, needless to say it had probably been sitting on the grill for a few hours. We didn’t even eat our food only had a few bites, it was so terrible. While we were waiting in line the car in front of us had a dog that looked like it had mange, hanging out the window that the cashier/who hands you your food had her hands all over and then didn’t wash her hands before handling our food, usually don’t mind a bit of dog hair, but when your working in a restaurant you should wash your hands before handling food. Needless to say very unprofessional and terrible food.

The lobby was atrocious. Garbage on the floor food on the floor. None of the tables were clean. All the garbages were overflowing. Just a disgusting looking store I can't believe that people want to eat there there when it's so messy. I told them twice someone needed to clean their lobby and they ignored me. I probably won't be coming back until they clean up their act.

Good food as always. Unorganized. People standing all over, and didn't have a person at least asking who was next, and found after 10 minutes I was in wrong line. After 10 more minutes I started hearing numbers called after me, and questioned them. More confusion was encountered and the cook seemed irritated with me, not that they had lost my order....

Good selection of grocery items. Their sourdough bread is really good, but they're often out of it. I can't eat most of the other kinds they have. Super yummy ice cream and desserts. Their burgers and sandwiches are good and the crinkle cut fries are So delicious. We will have to try more options in the future. You can get milkshakes made with any of their ice cream flavors. I love the peppermint milkshakes and the mint chocolate chip.
