A usual trip to Taco Bell, same great taste and flavor I expect with a similar atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to eat before heading home after running some errands. Normally, I'll order through my app, but decided to have a seat inside and talk and enjoy food. First of all, not really digging the whole no one at the register situation going on. This is the second Taco Bell we've been to that had no one greet us or address us. So, we simply used the on screen menu to place our order. Inside the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It was my girlfriend and I and another random couple. Tried to seat at a booth but it was greasy and sticky, no one obviously wiped or cleaned the table after someone left. There was a Taco Bell bag of trash stuffed in a bin where the hot sauce packets were and saw random trash on the floor and a few tables. When I was called to grab our order, the tray was plopped on the counter and the employee just walked away. I asked where our cups were for our order only to receive a glare and they walked back to look at the order I place, and grabbed 2 cups and set them on the counter and walked away. No "thank you", no "we love serving you", no real actual response. I really don't like to nit pick, but when it comes to the condition of the area I'm eating and how the employees treat you, I will post about it. It's horrible and this no communication to the customers just feels very lackluster and unappealing. Maybe next time I'll have to make my order myself in the kitchen because it honestly feels there's no customer service in Taco Bell anymore.

Food great. The experience was ok. The service great. 1st time actually coming in to this Taco bell 🔔 😋. Heard about it being 👎🏾. But actually was the complete 👌🏾 opposite 😅. Great team the day I went. So I give you 5 🌟. Base on the box I brought. 📦 was good. And the customer service was on point * Great *

Food was good, drive-thru was fast, if you like fountain drinks they have the best fountain Pepsi I’ve tasted. Myah at drive-thru was very efficient and friendly.

The only thing right in my order tonight was the drink. I ordered from one on the other side of town from me so it's just more convenient to gripe here than call to demand a return/ compensation. Guess I'll be running up the time in your drive thru while I thoroughly check my order.

Don't know how they forgot the meat in all of my all my orders yet I was charged the full price. It's all fun and games until it's a coordinated movement to not buy from here. No matter the amount. Don't play with people's money.

Worse customer service ever. Manager last night was unprofessional raising his voice at employees, pulling all most ever car in drive through, messed up my order and mixed it up with another customer and laughed when I asked him to make it over. I get home and it still was wrong. Called Taco Bell on Skibo road amd spoke woth a Manager there named Brandon who took my information for the regional manager to call me and no one has. Two other customers and myself waited for about 30mins for our orders after having to return back to Tacobell for them to get it right and than ran out of cooked geound beef.

I would recommend checking your order before you leave, ordered supreme tacos and got regular. This happens about half the time, they get it right enough that I stop checking and then fall back into their old ways.
