Papa Johns Pizza

I order from this location all the time. However, tonight was the first time they made a mistake on their end. My 5 topping large pizza had 4 toppings instead of 5 so I had to call and let them know their mistake. I spoke to the manager (forgot his name) and he was very helpful. He apologized for their mistake and offered to replace the pizza for me. He also explained their policy so if I had anymore issues in the future. It was such a relief to experience a manger that displayed good customer service. Couldn’t be happier for my experience 😊

I ordered 3 pizzas at 7:45ish today. About 40 minutes later I received 2 pizzas. I called the store two times to speak with a manager. He apologized as they forgot to send out all 3, and told me they’d remake the one that was left and give us the original for free, and that it would take about 30-40 minutes to arrive. Nearly an hour later (55-60 minutes after the first call) I called back asking where the pizza was, as it had not arrived. The manager told me it was out the door, and apologized as the staff threw away the other pizza thinking it was trash. There was no offer to comp my purchase, but rather the offer for a free pizza in the future. Why would I order from this place again? The pizza we were waiting on was for my niece, and we waited for hers to arrive to eat. Now we have one lukewarm pizza, and two cold ones. I will never order from this establishment again. I paid $49.53 for 3 horrible pizzas. I’ll stick to the competitors who perform better from here on out…

Causually order pizza when life is really busy.. Third time ordering this month from the same location on raeford rd. First 2 orders had no issue with.. BUT THIS ONE. Straight garbage. Ordered a papadia barely any sauce mostly crust and oily. The pizza was the WORSE. mooshy and soggy as hell. Topping literally sliding off the pizza. 😡 Dough was not completely cooked it seemed. Was cut incorrectly. I use to work for papajohns and this is the worse. As much money as i have spent with this company in a month. This meal that cost me 30 dollars was not worth it. I was better off getting mcdonalds. I hate to give bad reviews but this one was very unsatisfying. If your meal comes earlier then expected.. Check your food IMMEDIATELY..
