I normally like this place but I had the worst experience the other day. I am a little hard of hearing and I asked the cashier (older lady) to repeat the sandwich options. She sighed heavily, gave me a crazy stare, and extremely slowly and with tremendous attitude, repeated the options. I was speechless. I finished my order and left feeling very disrespected. I will NEVER go back. That bitter woman was unnecessarily rude!

We ordered our food at 6:32P.M. it is now 7:00P.M. and we have still not received our food. After asking the cashier why it was taking so long we were told that the online orders that were ordered after we ordered our food were to be served first and we were also told that they were very busy even though there were only 3 people in the store. The cashier was very rude about the situation and then also served a walk in order that ordered after us. This is not proper customer service and it upsets me that I was treated this way after spending almost $50.00

Food is hit and miss depending on which teenager it's making it. Keeping low expectations in my mind always still was upset about ordering online. Don't use their 3rd party ordering system. Paid for 4 got 3 they made me pay for the 4th sandwich again even after showing them my online receipt . Didn't start making it until i got there and that was 45 min after i ordered it. Complete waste if time ordering it online and cost me a extra 10 bucks . All together took about a hour for 4 sammichzzz. 3 out of 5 stars dan Cummings.
