Taco Bell

Horrible customer service last 3 times I tried this taco bell since it's closest to my home left things out of my bag.This time made me wait in line burning fuel after pulling around to door waiting for items they left out of bag in drive through with line already backed up then cook walked to window thrust the bag with missing items into the vehicle while looking away and didn't even apologize for messing up a almost 30 dollar order. I always have to check my purchases because employees can't seem to read a screen and drive through constantly doesn't give receipts and then the tacos I paid extra for didn't even have a teaspoon of meat in them.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm going to call the manager in the morning as well. I sat in the drive thru for a half hour waiting for a response, I was the only car. It was 11pm at night. Line started accumulating, I got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window. There's orders on the screen going red from not being clocked off, all the lights in the store and drive thru were on. Then, the two employees who are supposed to be working had come back from picking their food up from McDonalds to inform everyone that the store had closed. Your hours are marked that you're open til 1am. I'm going to be sure to call corporate too to report how absolutely poor this taco bell is when is comes to customer satisfaction. This is honestly worst Taco Bell in Cumberland/Hoke county. I truly believe it needs to be shut down, and either all of the employees including managers need to be replaced or retrained. 10 years in the food industry and this place never ceases to amaze me, and not even in a positive manner.

Very bad experience. Went through drive thru Ordered tacos with chicken and got beef. Paid extra for chicken also. Couldn't eat them gave them to my husband because his tacos fell apart he couldn't eat his but when he took mine the samething happened to those. Threw them all in the trash. What a disappointment!!!!
