Sam's Snow Cones

Shave the planet is the best shave ice shop in all of North West Arkansas! So many amazing flavors to choose from and add ons, like cream absolutely take things to the next level! The texture of the ice is perfect! The staff is always friendly and fast. Definitely check it out during the warmer months!

I'm going to give 5 stars still because this is my first out of too many to count times of coming but today was not great experience the help was great but all 4 sno cones we ordered were not up to par one just tasted awful and the others seemed watered down but we will be back and hopefully just a one time thing

Sad not to give 5 stars. The service here was excellent...but...the ice tasted bitter! I thought maybe it was the flavoring in mine. But my whole family got different ones and they were all bitter. Some flavors just masked it more. They gave me a new one and a free card for next time. Super nice people but something was definitely wrong with the ice.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly, the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I wish they put a little more syrup throughout. The top is usually good but once you get into it there is just never enough lots of patchy white ice places. Another thing that would be great is of you pay extra for cream if it could be throughout the snow cone not just on the top..I deffinatly will continue to come back just thought I would share my feedback for improvement :)
