Quick lunch time service. Great tasting food, I've always had a great meal with fantastic service. My lunch time favourite is the Stromboli it's absolutely fantastic and you can't eat all of it, there's always leftovers. Today I actually got the Turkey bacon ranch wrap which was excellent and my buddy had the meatball sub, which he also said was excellent. It's a good sized restaurant with a small dining area at the entrance a good sized, beautiful bar and a separate dining Room.

Short-handed on servers and front of the house staff meant it took them a good while to bring me my drink, salad and bread. Didn't get checked on very frequently at all and I basically had to get other people's attention for my server to come check on me. Staff were cutting up and horsing around and having loud conversations in front of customers that probably were better off being had in private. The food was good, but they need more staff and to be more professional, especially if there are customers around.

The food was ok but the service was not very good, the server had an attitude the whole time for no reason. He also seemed like he didn’t even want to wait on us. He didn’t check to see if we needed anything and when we asked for refills or something, he made a face that made it seem like we were inconveniencing him (there was only one couple dining in there other than us, so I definitely expected a bit better service). We also had a party large enough to sit at two different tables but refused to give us two separate bread baskets. We had to pass the one basket we did get around between the two tables. Which was very weird in my opinion.

I’ll start with the good first. My pasta was pretty good considering it was made in NC. Now that’s done, these garlic knots shouldn’t be called garlic knots. It’s more like baked Hawaiian rolls brushed with olive oil and dusted with parmesan cheese. Then it was ironic that we got served foam cups even though there were only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant. Then even more so, how they ran out of Pepsi... Along with lots of other items they seemed to be out of. The other location on Hay St definitely is better quality. The service was extremely good which was a plus. But overall this is probably the closest you’ll get to somewhat authentic Italian in NC.

We had a VERY pleasant meal here last Saturday, having gone there for the first time just by chance, since we didn't want to deal with all the traffic going to Pierro's on Hay St. Customer service was great!!! Our meal was scrumptious!! They were very accommodating to me, since I preferred having garlic and oil or pesto on my pasta side dish, instead of the usual red sauce. Everyone in the Fayetteville area should go there at least once and try it. It's in a much quieter area of Fayetteville, about a mile south of I-295, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. You won't be disappointed! UPDATE: It is my understanding that this Ramsey St. location is now closed.

The prices aren't high but the portions were tiny. I ordered the lunch ravioli and got a grand total of 4 raviolis on my plate. The food was average at best. If you want a simple Italian meal for cheap go here. If you are looking for a romantic Italian dinner go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. This place needs to be shut down. My server Caitlyn almost burnt my 1 year old child 3 times putting very hot plates right in front of him. She also handed him a beer that was suppose to be to my husband. She never came around to collect plates and made us grab the rest of the plates on the table Behind us. I had to clean my own table to make room.they sat us, a family of 5 at a table of three when no one was really around occupying other tables. I could not believe the unprofessional staff here. I recommend you shut this location down. I witnessed 2 families leave without paying. Multiple families getting upset at the staff. I would give this place a 0 star. I will also be looking to speak with management tomorrow over the phone
