Sonic Drive-in

I ordered a Hand-Mixed Master Shake Oreo Cheesecake and REESE'S peanut butter, a vanilla shake, and a M&M Blast. I received a crumb of Oreo, with chunks of nut in a vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter or cheesecake flavor let alone reeses at all. The vanilla shake was fine, because it doesnt overwhelm staff with one simple ingredient when they're completely empty in the parking lot. The M&M Blast contained PLENTY of Oreos! Although Oreos weren't even asked for it. So guess what they do when I ask for a small tiny cup of crushed Oreos, they deny my request and say a substantial amount was put in. Are you sure about that? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 But they completely replace the whole M&M Blast that had oreos in it like that would be a bad thing? TL;DR Terrible attitudes; Poor customer satisfaction; Slow service; Poor management; Customers do not come first even though it was proven management was in wrong; You get paid way more than people who scrub vomit and feces off of floors in schools. Do better and care about your establishment and it's guests!!!

This is the best Sonic in Fayetteville. While we live closer to other locations, it’s worth a slight detour to the N. College location where our order is always correct and the servers go out of their way to help. Shoutout to Cole for going out of his way to correct an order error that was obviously my mistake. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

This place sucks.! I asked for simple cheese fries and this gummy dry mess is what they gave me.! A melted slice of cheese instead of nacho cheese.! What a joke.! I’m so mad because I haven’t ate all day and wanted to treat myself to cheese fries and this is what I got what a disappointment I wasnt even tripping that the customer service was lacking but when I got my food it was garbage 🗑 just throw the whole place away.! Will not be back.! Should have followed my first mind and went else where.!

Had a good experience using the app & had super quick service, drinks were perfect, and Kole was extra gracious & awesome despite me forgetting to have cash for a tip. (Psst, Sonic, it would be so helpful if folks (like me who rarely remembers to carry cash) using the app could have the option to add in a tip if they so wish!) Thanks again for being quick with our order & kind & forgiving, Kole! My Diet Vanilla Coke was delicious!

We usually stop here after visiting the AMC theater across the street in Fiesta Square so that we aren't tempted to spend $7 a piece on sugary drinks. We use the app to get happy hour pricing any time of day. This location is fast with friendly employees. You can also add a tip in the app now, keep the change or choose a percentage.
