Chuck E. Cheese

First time visiting this Chuck E. Cheese (but also honestly a long time in general). Food was quite tasty and great for the price - (we got personal pizzas and the chicken nugget meal for our kiddos. We went early in the afternoon and it was fairly quiet, so we got our good fair share amount trying all the games there before it got too busy. Overall the best part of our visit was all the employees working there, many of them were very helpful and easy going - being attentive, super polite and engaging with younger children so they could feel safe and have fun as one should visiting an arcade. We'll definitely be visiting here again.

Took my 2 little boys (4 and 2.5 yrs old) here for the first time ever. It felt nice at first as we came here around 2:30pm on a Sunday and it was pretty empty which was a plus. We got the #2 combo which came with 75 tokens, 1 large pizza and 4 soda cups, 1 of which the nice lady gave us 10 extra tokens for since we only needed 3 cups for a total of $60, which I thought was a nice fair combo deal. As of the experience itself: of the 85 tokens, I probably "lost" about a dozen or more tokens due to non working games / malfunctioning games / games not registering the tokens, which was pretty annoying to say the least but really did not want to bother myself in searching for an almost non-existing worker to get the coins back. On top of that, games that were supposed to give tickets did not even dispense tickets or would stop dispensing tickets as if the machines had ran out of tickets. The games don't seem to be checked or tickets restocked, sad for little kids expecting their tickets to come out but nothing coming out. Another unpleasant part of this was the ticket counter where you insert your tickets do not count your tickets accurately at all, I would insert 5 and only 2 or 3 would get counted. I'd repeat the process for 10 tickets and maybe 6-7 would get counted. Nonetheless, we probably "lost" easily 50+ tickets not being counted, but again something I did not want the hassle of dealing with at a kids' arcade. Really sad for little kids who don't know better and just take what they get when they're actually being "cheated". Lastly, the gift/toy redemption was such a joke in general. The tiny little gifts that costs them nothing like candy and such are priced way too high in tickets for the little amount of tickets kids are getting at the games not including tickets the games aren't dispensing properly or the ticket counting machine not being accurate. 50 tickets for a tootsie roll / piece of candy? And that's just one of the examples. Overall, my boys had fun but of course they don't understand that some games weren't working properly and not giving them tickets they deserved etc etc etc. First and probably last I'd bring my boys here.

I love Chucky cheese my children love Chucky cheese! I really wish this place was better viewed from 13th street they probably would get a lot more customers. On warmer days have Chucky and his friends take turns holding a sign at the corner on 13 with a arrow or something so people know you are there.

Arrived on a Saturday, at noon, and was seated immediately. Front counter worker who took our order was very kind. Our order of two pizzas was out in less than ten minutes. Place was clean and the games were working just fine. My children had a fun time and asked to go back. I can tell you that I spent half the money and saved at least an hour of waiting time compared to Space Aliens. We will be back. Thanks
