The staff are really awesome and are pretty nice. I’ve ordered many times here and got my food right away with out any frustrations or being annoyed of waiting. Sometimes it could be better all the employees were nicer but I have no encounters with rude workers and it’s just a nice area to just sit and eat!!!

Definitely the best Mcdonalds in town since they actually get my simple order right. The fries are always hot and actually taste fresh, where as all the other locations in Fargo always taste reheated and mushy.
The staff is iffy. Sometimes they can be a bit rude or seem rushed but I've worked fast food so I understand that. Today the person who took my order and payment was very kind! Wish I had gotten their name!

After we placed our order we sat down and the order came but did not get fries. We got the fries and were there for 45 minutes. Every car that went thru the drive thru had messed up orders to the point where they came in the store and asked for food or were waiting on their order. Even dine in costumers were not getting their correct orders. If I could I'd fire the whole staff and shut the store down until further notice.
The store wasn't even busy. There was 2 groups of 4 people dining in and not even a long drive thru line. There was plenty of time for staff to double check the orders before they went out.

One of manager has “it is what it is “attitude. A broken principle of not understanding the customers need and customer satisfaction. As a business owner I am disappointed in something so small that could be fixed that would build up more loyalty can be broken because of laziness.

In a weird turn of events, they actually remembered my McNugget sauces for once, but gave me a Big Mac instead of the 10 piece nuggets! Honest mistake and I wasn't too mad, but I did find this scenario comical. Freshest fries I've had in a while and this place usually gets my order to me quickly and correctly.

Don’t think I’ve been here and them not messed up my order. Never fails. Very dissatisfied. Apparently this is their DELUXE crispy chicken sandwich.

I don't go to mcdonlads very often but the last two times ive gone now they have "forgotten" to put my spicy crispy chicken sandwhich in the bag and its "sitting on the counter". I called and asked for them to refund it out of my card transaction like you can in other restraunts (i know you can because ive worked in them and done it) but they instead said i have to drive back for the sandwhich because they dont send refunds in the mail (duh) Hopefully they dont choke on the sandwhich i bought for them.
