Jersey Mike's Subs

This place is normally on point but the last two times I’ve went the new employees working are terrible. Absolutely no motivation, working extremely slow, messing up basic orders… I think tonight was my last visit to this location for awhile. Very sad too. The other employees I used to see working here were amazing. Management / owners should either hire better ppl; or offer a decent wage that motivates your employees to actually work. While I was waiting 20 mins for my club sandwich, I watched at least 4 out of the 10 ppl waiting in line leave because there was just no progress. Maybe have more than 2 employees working during the late dinner rush? I might give it another shot in a few months, otherwise I’ll be going to five guys right next door from now on instead.

I met Mike a few years ago in Jersey. While I was there he showed me his affinity for building Sub Sandwiches. He gets out the meat slicer ans slices everything real fresh. Then he loads up his freshly baked bread with all of the fresh cut meats to order. I ordered a sub as big as my forearm and I am not disappointed. Make sure to get it Mike's way with extra sauce!

Please get tubs back! I order tubs and it has been coming in a restaurant to go box (upside down few times). I was going back to work this week and the juices spilled onto my cream sweater and my passenger seat everywhere! The food is great. Service is good. Not having proper containers is becoming frustrating and not worth it.

I went to this restaurant to order 2 sandwiches, nothing too complex. They messed up my boyfriends sandwich so bad, I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes and no onions and no mayo. They only got the no mayo correct and the size correct that’s it, I also asked for extra bacon, it seems like they added less. There was little to no bacon on the sandwich.

They make a very good cheese steak with mushrooms if they can keep the onions and peppers out of my sub. I tried going when they are not busy because they exercise poor grill management when several subs are being done at the same time. It's inevitable I leave finding something other than mushrooms in my sub. After finding the first one my tongue is on "High Alert" looking for more, and I than no longer enjoy the sub. Gave the other location 2 chances with the same results. Too bad its a good sandwich when done to order.
