My second time at caribou. This place was much nicer than Starbucks and had an interesting menu. It was super family friendly, I’ll be bringing my sparkling tea home as a mixer!

Consistently great service and product. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and they’re always up to snuff with their drinks and food. Highly recommend their bagels!

Always go to this location. Friendly staff, coffee is always perfect. Sundays are my doggy dates and he gets so excited once we pull in 🥰Sometimes the pup cups even have little dog biscuits in them.
I do wish Caribou wouldn’t shove a card swiper taped to a stick out their window to pay with a card (I only downloaded the app so the crew didn’t have to peg me through the window. So awkward.). They do this at the 25th Street location as well. Similarly, both buildings seem to have been designed by someone who’s never experienced North Dakota winter or owned a sedan.
Idk the coffee and service gets 5 stars but the drivethru design gets a 2. 🤷♀️

my pumpkin iced crafted press with oat milk didn’t taste like pumpkin one bit, and it was oddly sour. i prefer caribou over any coffee place usually but this was really disappointing honestly… :(

The customer service was good, coffee was great… the food not good at all. The breakfast sandwich was obviously not fresh in anyway, just heated up in a microwave. The bacon on it was disgusting. Years ago the muffins at caribou were THE BEST, now they very dry and flavorless. Wish the food there was better.
