Jason's Deli

The ice cream machine had been broken over a month, and is one of the attraction of your restaurant. The service is ok but it needs more customer service, all employees are very quiet and that they are scare to interact with the customer, even that is a healthy restaurant, several customer do not feel like a good choice like been at home.

Food was great thank you. Customer service was good not the best in town. I expected better friendly service from this location but it was lagging that welcoming effect. I expected more but someone told me it was late in the day that maybe the female cashiers were tired but remember we are in the QSR business and personal problems stay outside our work place. Other than that small incident the food was amazing.

I had a buy-one-get-one-free coupon that was supposed to be used at a different location, but the manager overheard the conversation and went ahead and let me use the coupon. That was very generous of him and was much appreciated. This was my first time at Jason’s Deli, and I was thoroughly impressed. I loved the salad bar, because it looked well maintained. I got some sandwiches to-go, but I’ll definitely try the salad bar next time. The staff was friendly and the whole restaurant seemed very clean and well cared for. The salmon sandwiches were delicious! I will definitely be back!

MIGUEL, did an amazing job for our out of town wedding party. We had several large trays ordered and he made the delivery and helped setup, the event to ensure I was completely satisfied. This was above and beyond on customer service. The food was perfect for our hungry travelers, from Vegans to beefeaters, the menu was carefully coordinated. They even seperated the vegan food on seperate trays for me. I would highly recommend using Jason's deli at the fountains. They are dialed in to customer service and quality, under Miguel's leadership.
