Hillside Coffee & Donut Co. Is much much more then a trendy coffee shop. It goes without saying their sweets and coffees are top tier, but it is the atmosphere, the people and the unexpecteds that make it unique. For example, you can order hot food from 2 nearby restaurants. And they sell not only wine but beer as well. And to top it all off a trivia night with prizes or an open mic could be going on. Love this place!

Great coffee, great food, great service and awesome donuts 🍩🍩🍩 and the ambiance is simply perfect, cozy, comfortable. Definitely a place to meet and have a good time with your friends, family, coworkers. Curious info: They have a artsy chalkboard full with the local events of the month. Parking is not a problem, and location is very convenient for Central and West areas.

I went to the East side location. When I ordered the Strawberry Almond Chicken Salad, I expected spinach or lettuce you know like a salad..... wrong type of salad I guess. They could be a little more specific on the menu. I was in a rush to get back to work so I wasn’t able to check it before I left but If I had I would’ve returned it. Left my bread mushy and was unable to eat it. Donuts are to die for though.

Casually eclectic coffee shop with a relaxed, youthful vibe. Seems like the perfect spot to set up camp for a few hours with a book or laptop. Their wall-chalkboard calendar of events is pretty cool, as are the light fighting and other minor design details. Mango smoothie was delicious, blueberry tea and latte both got good reviews from friends too. Their donuts are made in house and come in a range of delicious and creative flavours like "Oreo crumble on Cheesecake icing".

Located near a lovely assortment of shops & restaurants within the Montecillo apartments, the atmosphere is lovely, with indoor & outdoor seating, perfect for studying or coffee dates! The presentation is amazing, the only con I found was the donuts being slightly greasy, but had an overall positive experience.
