Food is always great, on rare occasions hot items have been cold but usually not. Service is mostly great, you'll on occasion get that one very young employee that just isn't present and can drop the ball when needing something.

The food is good for what you pay for. I had an online to-go order today and it was ready a exactly on time and it was fast and easy to walk in, pick it up and leave. My one complaint is that it does get super busy around lunch time so it’s difficult to find tables which was my reason for placing and order to-go today. But I do love this place for a nice brunch

Loved this place, first time there and ordered the soup and sandwich combo. I recommend the BBLT and the loaded potato soup with the salad. The atmosphere is excellent, very comfy and easy. The staff is REALLY friendly and always happy to help, the shining star of the drink section is their teas.. Amazing tasting colds that use real leaf instead of powder. 20 of 10 would recommend

Always have great overall experience. But this time was slightly disappointed, as our sandwiches were barely grilled. I specifically had a grilled cheese panini sandwich & the cheese was hardly melted at all. Husband had an Italian panini with 3 meats and his cheese was hardly melted either. So of course the meat wasn't hot either.

Andrew was amazing! His Customer service was exceptional and he even suggested some additions to the pasta that would make it even better. And he also made sure that all of my bakery items were available before I finalized my order!! Great job!!!

The food is really good, mostly sandwiches, salads, pastas, bread, coffee, and other fountain drinks.

First time experience great food. The cashier was really helpful explaining the side options. I ordered the chicken pesto. The bread was little hard to chew but I love the tuna salad and tea. Great for a light lunch. The Music was great ! Definitely will be coming back.

The food was so delicious and i love all the different pairings and choices. Not to mention the option of mixing my drinks as well to my own liking.
Jeremy was so helpful and courteous, I had already sat down and thought I lost my phone when he came and dropped it off in my hand. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make the experience easy enjoyable and rewarding.
