I had a buy-one-get-one-free coupon that was supposed to be used at a different location, but the manager overheard the conversation and went ahead and let me use the coupon. That was very generous of him and was much appreciated.
This was my first time at Jason’s Deli, and I was thoroughly impressed. I loved the salad bar, because it looked well maintained. I got some sandwiches to-go, but I’ll definitely try the salad bar next time.
The staff was friendly and the whole restaurant seemed very clean and well cared for.
The salmon sandwiches were delicious! I will definitely be back!

The ice cream machine had been broken over a month, and is one of the attraction of your restaurant. The service is ok but it needs more customer service, all employees are very quiet and that they are scare to interact with the customer, even that is a healthy restaurant, several customer do not feel like a good choice like been at home.

Got a ham sandwich on white bread and pastrami on toast with salad. The salad bar is well stocked and the sandwiches were both delicious. It's a nice restaurant. I noticed two or three groups of young folks hanging out as well as one or two older folks.

This place is always a good standby. Whenever we can't think of a place to go eat we always head to Jason's deli and they always deliver. I love their tuna on a croissant sandwich and their broccoli soup. My husband and my son always get their all you can eat salad bar and my daughter likes their potato with barbecue meat on it. They are always cleaning up and it is very neat and you have to use gloves to serve yourself in their salad bar. I recommend very highly.

MIGUEL, did an amazing job for our out of town wedding party. We had several large trays ordered and he made the delivery and helped setup, the event to ensure I was completely satisfied. This was above and beyond on customer service. The food was perfect for our hungry travelers, from Vegans to beefeaters, the menu was carefully coordinated. They even seperated the vegan food on seperate trays for me. I would highly recommend using Jason's deli at the fountains. They are dialed in to customer service and quality, under Miguel's leadership.

Food was great but they did over charge us for the salad bar. They billed it as a separate item instead of the cheaper price that comes with the sandwich, so that was frustrating.

Came here with a my family of six for Father's Day 2021. My first time eating here. Ordered and within 5min, food was already out on our table. Had salad a chicken pot pie. Kids had their choices of sandwiches and soups. Got better service and good tasting food comparable if not better than Atlanta Bread or Panera Bread. Will come here again.

Great, fresh food, at a reasonable price. The salad bar is stacked with many healthy options. The lunch special salad bar is an absolute steal. The sandwiches are fresh, the soups are delicious and fresh as well. My kids love to eat here, they chose this place over many others.

Food was great thank you. Customer service was good not the best in town. I expected better friendly service from this location but it was lagging that welcoming effect. I expected more but someone told me it was late in the day that maybe the female cashiers were tired but remember we are in the QSR business and personal problems stay outside our work place. Other than that small incident the food was amazing.

I like the atmosphere here the food is good but a little on the high priced side by I definitely would come back. They give you enough food the waitresses are nice and smile but a few look and talk like they're bored.

We wanted to try out this place and we were not disappointed. The ones at the front did a wonderful job letting us know about the menu and gave us suggestions on what to order. We have gone a few times and I must say their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I guess we have gone at good times because we have never had to wait long at all.

Incredible staff from managers Jose and Ashley to driver Bella. Placed a catering order for a rather sad occasion of a funeral. I am in Arizona but from El Paso. Over the phone, they took my order, delivered to a relatives home locally and text me when they delivered. All in under one hour. They responded quickly and what was most incredible was how thoughtful they were given the situation. The driver Bella not only confirmed delivery but send condolences to me. Touch notch staff who is very caring.

I've had 2 very disappointing experiences with the delivery service these last 2 times I've ordered. The first time it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. I was told I was going to be compensated for my order in the form of a gift card that never arrived. This last experience I ordered my lunch for and when they forgot 3 of my sandwiches, they accused me of lying when I told them that I did not have the bag. I was told "I specifically remember packing that order and sending it," after I told her it was not here. Very disappointed.
