The vibe and aroma in this restaurant is what i expected in a normal Yakitori house. However the food was disappointing. I ordered the large skewers, it tasted bland, so I dipped into the sauce and it’s a bigger disappointment. The sauce tastes a bit bitter for both me and my partner. Not only that I ordered a salmon nigiri and California roll But I’ve never seen a sushi presentation looks this bad !!!!! What’s with the two piece of salmon laying on top of the whole roll ???? The rice was so soggy that it’s even visible the rice is loosing its shape and blend as a whole If I had a choice I will not come here again

Slightly disappointed. The sashimi is not fresh at all, likely due to close to the Christmas break. We ordered the large sashimi and couldn't finish any of the taco, white fish, tuna nor salmon sashimi. Other dishes like grills and small dishes are to the isakaya standard, slightly towards the pricy end for the small portion you get. For example, 4 takoyaki for $8, a very small vege okonomiyaki for $12. Probably won't come back again.

First time eating here last night, we were placed on a very greasy table & menus weren’t cleaned at all which wasn’t a good first impression. Food and drink were very quick to come out, although most of the dishes were lukewarm. The skewers were delicious however later in the night i fell ill with food poisoning.. so i would not dine here again.

Fantastic service and the food was to die for. Each dish arrived in perfect intervals, being hot and fresh. Highly recommend!

I went to this restaurant a few months back and completely loved the taste and the vibe. We got chicken Yaki Udon, karage chicken etc., and it was on-point. Flash forward to today, I was very excited to have food here again. Tonight we ordered spicy chicken ($10.5), yaki udon ($11) and Tsukune and cheese ($8.5). The spicy chicken was the first disappointment - not spicy and horrendous quantity even for $10. And the yaki udon (disgraceful quantity this time as compared to my first visit) was just slided onto our table from the chef in a very rude manner , I wouldn't serve anyone like that. However, I will say Tsukune and cheese (chicken meatballs) were satisfactory. Conclusion - Very disappointed after tonight's service and would probably visit other Japanese restaurants in dunners.

Ordered the set menu for two and it was really bad. For 75 bucks is barely filled either of us and lacked the quality and flavor that Japanese food is renowned for.

I like the seafood okonomiyaki. Salmon rolls and the $35 skewers set was standard taste but the udon was too salty. A staff told us "You have to start to eat" when most of the dishes were ready. Even I know that was because the skewers have to take a long time for cook but the wording of the staff was a little bit rude.
