Starbucks

TikTok introduced my daughter to Starbucks lol to be honest i never knew what the hype was about Starbucks and I still don’t 😆 no shade Starbucks I still love y’all though but I can make this at home. You guys have my child addicted lol Edit: I don’t understand why some people are leaving bad reviews you guys need a life, a Keurig and a tea pot lazy Mfers. Takes absolutely forever to get any drinks ALWAYS. Yesterday when I entered the line at 5:00PM and didn’t get to the drive through window until 5:57PM on top of the this guy had his mask down, bangs out and had his nose in the blender SNIFFING inside them including this bangs hanging in the blender. I asked for my drinks to be remade and of course had to wait again. I felt so bad for the young woman at the register she was clearly irritated and equally as horrified. (She remade my drinks for me!!- she was amazing) but seriously NASTY. He needs to be fired or trained immediately. Talk about health code violation.

Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but I'm fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.

This Starbucks used to be the best when it was in the plaza but ever since they moved to their new building it is terrible. One time I went and waited in the 45 minute drive thru line and when I got to the front, the cashier and barista were just talking, on their phones, with their masks down. Customer service is nonexistent. There should be NO reason a drive thru line takes 1 hour+. Even when you wait in this long, the drinks are not made good. I ordered on the app and waited a good 25 minutes before going inside the store because I knew they were so slow on fulfilling orders. When I went inside, I waited another 25 minutes for a barista to even look at me. They don’t understand ppl come here in between work or in a rush and completely disregard customers time. This Starbucks is only 2 minutes away from my house, but I will now travel to the Michigan Ave or Livonia Starbucks. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes, but at least receive decent customer service and even quicker service. They have major improvements to do because everyone I have talked to said they avoid going to this Starbucks for these very reasons.

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. The staff is rude, I truly believe they need to close the store and have seminar and relearn how to make coffee. EVERY time I get an iced coffee with light cream, it’s always cream with light coffee. They’re always out of things. Once I Ordered a drink and they said they’re all out so I picked three more things and they were all out of those too. I was really looking forward to this location since it’s seconds away from my house. I won’t be back.
