Really friendly and helpful employees. It's a DQ so it's all about the ice cream. My big complaint is the menu. It's the smallest of any DQ I've been to in many years. If you want more than a slush, ice cream or ice cream cake pretty much your only choice is chicken fingers.

The Ford Rd location in Dearborn has to be the best! They are polite, patient and they package your food and ice cream like they really do care! Not just the ladies but even the men! I’ll drive across town for good service and tip well too!

They're filtering reviews. Don't even bother lol go to the one in Dearborn Heights. You won't have to wait 30 minutes for melted ice cream.

I went to this place yesterday and i ordered 2 twist ice cream, when i arrive to window i had to pay and then they gave me the ice cream. it was everything except what i asked for, it was vanilla with a a very thin line of chocolate. i told the guy at the window but he didn't even care or respond so i left the place and i would never go there again.

Great service and the drive-thru seems to be getting faster. A tip: use the drive-thru, but if you have to go in, back your car into a space, ideally closer to the street. It is much easier to get out if the line gets long.
Favorites to get: banana split blizzard, Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard, and banana pudding blizzard!

this guy made me a blizzard with cotton candy in it and some fruity dip and some chocolate he was onto something.
