My mom and I visited this location for the first time, and it was great. We went on a Friday and were immediately greeted by Michael. He was very funny and attentive throughout our visit. He gave us great suggestions and regularly checked in on us. The food came out promptly and was hot and delicious. We had a great time, and this is our new favorite IHOP. Thanks, Michael!

Every time me and my family come up here for dinner Michael has been our server. He always has a smile on his face and holds the door open for my family. He is always so enthusiastic and seems to love being at work. It is hard to find that kind of customer service now a days and I will continue coming here during dinner to make sure he is our server as he is a great human.

The place was moderately busy, but we got seated very quickly. The food was amazing, as always. The best part of the experience would be the waitress who waited our table. She brought our food out fast and made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to ask for Jacky or Anahi!

Service was ok, had to wait a little for our order but the waitress was nice and our food was delicious and the order was correct. Cleanliness could be improved. The windows were filthy so it was a bit off putting to sit right next to them in the booth. The condiment containers were all sticky as well.

We were initially a party of 12 , immediately the staff accommodated us and sat us in a timely manner. The server Reggie was amazing! The best one I’ve encountered to date. He made sure we all got our drinks and never ran out, he double checked and made sure our order was taken correctly. In the midst of our meal, an additional 4 ppl arrived and he made sure he took care of them as soon as they arrived. Loved his service.

It was My First time at this IHOP and they DIDN'T let me down. I had the Steak Tips & Eggs, it was all made to order. Our Waitress D'Andrea was Very Friendly, Attentive and Nice. I will return to this location again! Thank You IHOP!

Update... Me n my wife went back bout 2wks later only because of the manager Ms.Jessica. She reached out to fix the 1st time we went. I do believe in 2nd chances but anyways this time food was good came out hot u really could tell the difference when Ms.Jessica running a shift. Our severe Mr.Regie was great he was pretty busy wit a another table but was very concerned with us as well. Did his job very well.Need a few more severs like him. If those 2 are there I'll go bck if not we'll I won't. Thanks again Ms.Jessica and Mr.Regie

We been going to this I hope since it was located Mockingbird. Kids love it but the older building felt more welcoming well the location.🤠😇 we miss the apple craip 😉😍🤤😛🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 they should bring them back👆🤟🏼😇

First time at this location. The service was pretty fast despite the shortage of waitstaff. The food was cool and coffee was fresh. Our server was attentive to my special requests...others stepped in to assist when she was busy with other patrons.

Love the eggs Benedict! Hash browns are fresh flavorful and crispy! Nice loyalty program, who doesn’t want to earn free pancakes!?! Pancakes are like breakfast deserts.
