Bubbaque's Bbq - Dade City

First you order at the counter like most BBQ places. We were met with a pleasant cashier. She took our order and repeated it for confirmation. They then promptly gout our drinks to the table. The food was out very quick. I had the Meaty Ribs they were excellent. We had 10 in our party everyone commented on the great taste of their food. The staff was very attentive keeping drinks full. The restaurant was very clean. We will be back.

I have always had good service when I go to this bubbaques . I walk in, order , sit and after a short wait ....eat . The decorations they use are whimsical and I enjoy this particular location more than others I've been to. Yes the food is good. I like one thing in particular. They serve a baked potato on Monday until 2 p.m. that you can get your choice of barbecue in . that is wonderful! don't know why they don't have it everyday. But I found out the hard way when they run out of baked potatoes.....they run out!

The ladies that worked the front counter were friendly, efficient and did a nice job. The restaurant was clean. I ordered one sandwich with one side (collard greens) and an unsweet tea. Total was $15.00. Sandwich had very little meat and the meat that was on it was hard and grizzly. I have lived in Dade City for years, but this was my first and last visit to this place. It's one and done for me.

Inside is nice but bbq needs some work..no smoke baby backs were horrible I'd be ambarased to plate that half rack dry tough very meaty but does no good when inedible tastes like canned collards to but each to there own.. brisket could've been trimmed better and pulled pork was ok smoked turkey was good littledry on ends but decent loved the bbq sauces and atmosphere but lacking in quality control..
