Hillbilly Farms is a hidden gem. My wife has been going there since college and 'continues to go back because of her gluten free lifestyle and the family atmosphere. They were instrumental in our wedding, making the cupcakes and gluten free wedding topper. I'm not gluten free and I fell in love with their burgers. They do it all, and do it well.

Love this place. Tucked away in Dade City. Gluten free items and quite a few to select from. The owner made us a cheeseburger and it was outstanding! She was a very nice lady and i have nothing but praise for her and Hillbilly Farms. If you are in or passing through check it out you will love it trust me.

Great little Mom and Pop restaurant. The food is affordable and delicious. The couple that runs it is really sweet and nice to talk to. They have hilarious signs posted all over the walls. They are fun to read while you wait for your food to be prepared. I will definitely stop in again.

Amazing baked goods - all gluten free. Best gf bread I've found in two countries. #1 on the list is the Mock Wheat for me, but I've had the white and the Italian rolls. While we're in Florida (4 months a year) I buy all my baked goods from her. Even my husband likes her stuff (his fave are the apple cider donuts and donut holes) and her sugar cookies are the best! I wish she had one in Canada! Also the friendliest people! Highly recommended. We're in Lakeland, but I'd rather drive to her place than anywhere else.
