Burger King

My great grandfather passed on the 30th of march. He loved to dine in & order take out at this specific location because they are always on point and have the best customer care! I tried to keep to together as I was ordering but neglected to do so, the manager asked me how my day was at the first window and I couldn’t lie. At the next window I was told by the lady handing me my order that the manager added a pie in the bag for me and that she’s sorry for my loss and I swear I lost it in tears. This place deserves the world in my eyes, our family has always said it’s the best location in FL.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Rude! Customer service was atrocious. Elderly gentleman was waiting for his order and the young blonde manager yelled at him, "what are you staring at". I will not return to this location until something is done. Only four or five customers were in the store and the tables were all dirty and the garbage was running over on to the floor.

Lousy service. I ordered a whopper, heavy onion and I was given one with no onion. When I asked for onions they announced they they didn't have any. They don't care, they made their profit. I threw it away. Absolutely no excuse being that the Burger King is located in a Publix shopping center. No excuse either for them taking my order and money knowing they couldn't make what I wanted.

When I arrived a 70+ year old woman was already waiting 20+ drive thu orders were filled yet we couldn't get standard orders filled she was there 5 min before me and my order came up first... Manager was in the office and only came out when I became vocal about the issue. Horrible store, management and staff. I was fsr more upset about the way they treated a senior than I was myself.. I own my own business and I'd fire everyone for incompetence.
