I was craving a snow cone and found that the place I normally go is closed on Mondays. So I tried this chain establishment and was surprised at their quality. I will say they are a bit on the expensive side but their choices cover anything and everything I could imagine plus a ton more. I got the blueberry grape and was more than pleased. Thinking that they would not be able to reproduce the perfect mix of the two flavors, I returned two more times within the following two weeks and both times received the same mix as the initial visit. I know I will be returning to this location next time I am craving a snow cone!

The drinks are only made correctly when Adrian is there. I have been a long time satisfied customer. But this was terrible. Everytime Adrian is NOT there. No one seems to know what they are doing. I had them remake my drink, & then still it was tasteless. I have came everyday from on my way to work for a month straight. But yes days when he was not working I either just dealt with the fact of a mediocre cream drink or didn't order at all & just left. This time I waited in line for an hour. To not only be disappointed. But also to have them remake it & be told that I don't get two punches on my punch card when I get an avalanche. Which is how it's ALWAYS been. I ended up going inside after the hour line in the drive thru to just politely ask for a refund & was greeted by the manager who's name is started with a T in a pretty rude manner. & didn't even make eye contact with me gave me a refund & handed me a receipt & then acted like I wasn't there. Didn't even listen to my reason or suggestion or anything. I probably won't be returning back unless this location can get there stuff in order & learn better customer service. Or maybe when Adrian is only working if he even works there anymore. Instead of an open sign maybe have a sign that says Adrian is here, don't worry you'll get the best customer service & correct drinks. So we can know when to not waste our time for an HOUR in line.

I wouldn't recommend this exact site. Sharky Sno Cones is way better. There wasn't a lot of syrup used and so a family member said it tasted like tap water. The girl there wasn't all put together and that was apparent with what was served. The dog sno cone was a disgrace. It had MAYBE a tablespoon of whipped cream on it and teaspoon of sprinkles. It was basically a rock solid, hard ball of ice. A dog could break their teeth on it. Nothing special here, not coming back.
