I've been wanting to try this place for a few months now....today I was driving down Telge and saw the "BBQ" sign in the median near "The Shack"....looked over and there stood the orange Bigfoot Barbecue trailer. I arrived around 3:00pm and the moist brisket was sold out. I wasn't leaving without trying something at this place so the owner/Pitmaster, Mike Garcia suggested I try what was left of the lean brisket.....WOW, the lean brisket was outstanding! The lean brisket was more tender and juicy than a lot of place's moist brisket....the flavor was phenomenal....With lean brisket of this caliber I cannot wait to try the moist brisket next weekend. If you're local to Cypress and looking for some top notch, Texas Monthly top 50 list worthy BBQ then I highly recommend this place based off of today's visit! Their dirty rice was also REALLY good, and the customer service was outstanding!

Some of the best brisket and sausage in Cypress, Texas. You have to get there early to make sure that your favorite dish hadn't run out. You will not regret your visit to this joint! I guarantee it!
