Looks now is under new management.BIG difference, service got way better, food is as delicious as before and light music.I enjoyed my time there.
Great Chinese American food, will pick them over Panda Express anyday for their tasty food, great quality, freshness and the lunch specials are awesome!!
First time trying this place. So glad I did! Everything was Great!!! Crispy Walnut Shrimp was divine, the Mongolian beef was soooooo tender, almost melts in your mouth. MMMMMMMMM🤤. The service was also exceptional. Russell, the owner, is very personable and the serving staff is also very attentive. Will definitely be back soon!!!
My wife and I and a friend went there for the first time. My wife and I had the Orange Chicken, it was super good, possibly the best I've had. The orange sauce was nicely reduced with a great smelland the chicken was nice pieces of breast, not thighs. We also ordered and shared the Egg Fu Young and BBQ' pork fried rice, not bad at all. Will for sure make a return visit as they have a loaded menu to try.
During our stay in Southern California (coming from Canada) my family and I visited this restaurant today, (based off a friend’s recommendation). Oh boy, was she ever right! It’s a very quiet and family oriented place with very good service and very very delicious food. We had chow fun, beef broccoli and walnut shrimp!

Been eating, ordering and picking up from this restaurant for years. They are always courteous and I have been surprised at how quick their delivery is. They will always let you know if there will be a delay. I love the fact that they know exactly who I am when I call and have all my information and are ready to go. We often order many different things from their menu. I am especially grateful that they have Egg Flower Soup. I am from New York and as a child my mom often brought home "egg drop soup" (as it is called there) during the cold winter months. So for me this is a comfort food and I especially enjoy it.
We have been here two times and had food delivered once before. I have to say this has become our go to place for Chinese food. Everyone one here is very nice, very friendly and wants to make sure you are happy, and they remembered us from the last time we came in. The food is amazing and the portions are perfect. We will definitely be coming back.
Absolutely love the food here!!! It’s always fresh when you order it and the owners are always greeting you and asking how the service was. Servers are really nice and helpful. Great customer service, keep it up!!!!
Dragon 21 is easy to get locate. my husband and I enjoy the shrimp fried rice and one serving is easily enough for two people. Personally I have had the wonton soup. Very good especially for when one is not feeling well.
Food was amazing and so delicious, friend of mine asked me to try this restaurant now that they are under a new management. I was so impressed with quality of the food and customer service!! You will not regret it 👍🏻👍🏻
First time coming to his place and the food was amazing. I’m a college student at Cypress College and wanted to try something away from the campus for once. Dragon 21 provided excellent service, delicious food and the setting was very pleasant and relaxed. Just what I needed after a long morning in class. Their kung pao Chicken is a must try! Highly recommend this place to everyone. Especially college students. It provided a nice intimate setting away from the high energy on campus. 👍🔥
Delicious food! Very busy on weekend evenings I would go early There isn't one badd thing on the menu I'm a traditionalist I love Orange chicken shall main and fried rice but I've had many other things it's all delicious I also love the milk tea with boba
