Domino's Pizza

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Our online order said it would be here in 30 mins, we called after waiting for 80 mins (which in my opinion was more than patient) just to be greeted with extreme rudeness and being told that we can cancel our order or wait another 20 mins for our pizza. I wasn’t offered a discount or any compassion whatsoever. When I tried to ask why we weren’t notified of the delay, she hung up on me. My husband was waiting for food to take his medication after having a surgery last week, so it would have been nice to been told that our order would take 1 hr 40 mins to get to us. I called back three times before she answered again just so I could tell her that I wanted to cancel my order. She replied with “cool” and hung up again. I’d be willing to bet that her lack of customer service (not notifying the customer of huge delays and being rude on the phone) has cost the driver a lot in tips tonight, unfortunately. We’ve only ordered from here one other time and the cheese on our pizza slid off to one side of the box. Tried again tonight because our favorite local places (Mark & Philly’s, Lucci’s) close earlier, but we’ll just get Marco’s next time.

Ordered food at 3:05 and it’s 4:23 order still has not arrived called and got manager said the driver had multiple deliveries but said was delivered at least 10 min prior and I have yet to get my order absolutely not acceptable will never return here as a customer the driver left according to the message at 4:00 it’s now 4:30 food arrives it freaking cold go elsewhere pizza hut does better job getting hot food within 20-30 never ordering here again

Placed an order, they charged my card, waited around for an hour and a half--- it never showed up. Called the store, was told they decided to close early and just didn't bother to make my order, or contact me and let me know it wasn't going to be filled, just really screwed me and my hungry family over. The employees were in the store still, why had I not been contacted or refunded? Hadn't ordered from dominos in a very long time, and with this experience, I doubt I will ever do so again. AVOID THIS LOCATION
