Applebee's

I’m not really one to complain too much unless there’s something very wrong with my food or the server is rude but that was not the case. We did stand in the entranceway with 5 to 7 other people waiting for somebody to seat us. I was the 2nd in a party of 2, But anyway I decided to run to the restroom to wash my hands while we waited. I could tell that they were short staffed since half the restaurant was closed, and I can see the servers stress, so I didn’t give it too much thought. In the restroom, and I have included pictures, I immediately decided I could not eat here. This is gross. I can’t even wash my hands with soap and feel like they are clean after seeing and almost touching this. We decided to leave. Truth is I don’t think anybody even noticed.

Well most of the time everything is great I love coming here but this time I believe I am done. Took my daughter and husband here tonight for dinner for her birthday. Thought we had plenty of time she had to be somewhere within a couple hours of arriving. Was not that busy got a seat quick. We know some of the workers thought it would be fun. Took her forever to get us a drink as they sat on the bar for about 15 minutes. Took our food over an hour mine and my daughter food came out first finally when it did mine was cold my husband came out about 10 minutes later and only part of it. My daughter was late for her appointment we had to box our cold food to go ever again

Service is always good at Applebee's. No question about it. Typically prompt, courteous, and attentive. It's really the food that is just okay. Nothing that is fantastic, but nothing terrible. Just...okay. Half priced appetizers is always a good deal, but I just don't find anything unique on the menu. Gotta give it a "3". It has become one of my least frequented spots. Nothin' that good in the Neighborhood.

Never really had any issues here but this time was not all that happy and hate to even complain but I have to this time. We arrived shortly before 830 and was not that busy at all. We were told 10 min wait well we didn't get seated til 900. Then we were rushed while ordering and couldn't really look at menu. We ordered appetizer..which came out literally right before our food. And waited for drinks. Server just kept walking right past us and not even acknowledging us. Finally after about 20 mins we had to ask again about drinks. Just wasn't worth it this time to us. We got there shortly before 830 and didn't leave til little after 10.

After a very long day of driving around with 4 kids we decided to stop here to eat. I understand that our waitress was new but there was so much drama going on with the employees that she was way more interested in than actually serving us. She brought us out the wrong food and my husband had to ask 3 times for his drink because she kept forgetting. We also waited a very long time for our food but other tables who came in after us were given their food before us. When I had to use the bathroom there was an employee hiding in the bathroom just complaining to someone on her phone. After a long day we just wanted to relax a bit with our family and enjoy a meal but it was very frustrating a stressful instead. We will definitely not be coming back.

Absolutely awful service. Was told 15 minute wait, told we could wait outside and we’re ahead of several people. After 25 minutes we returned inside (we had not received the text) just to come in and see we were skipped and had to wait even further (got the text 10 minutes later). Finally seated, we ordered our food within two minutes of being seated hoping that would expedite the process. Restaurants half empty & been waiting for our very simple food for an hour while the waitress has come back three times telling us “just a minute longer”. We stopped here after driving 8 hours and wanted a quick and simple meal but here we are two hours in total later with nothing to show for it but frustration. ETA: got our food and left without any silverware to eat with lmao. What a joke!

Waited 15 minutes before being waited on after being seated. Thought about walking out as i watched other guest eating and enjoying their meals.Watched the hotess lip sink and dance around her podium. Ordered double glazed ribs with broccoli. It was disappointing they were tough, not fall off the bone with limited sauce which made them dry. The ribs tasted old with a slight bit of refrigerator flavor. Not the usual food I expect from Applebee's. My beer was the highlight of this dinner.

Lots of staff, service was ok. Bar counter was dirty, had to ask them to clean it. No napkins at the bar, had to ask for some. Food was good. The strawberry daiquiri was light pink, not the color I'm use to. However, it was tasty and was not strong. Usually I get buzzed off of 1/2 a drink and can't finish it. This time I drank the whole thing and it barely touched me.
