Mcdonald's

I stop at this McDonald’s location at least once every other week and it’s always so clean. Today when we decided to stop for lunch, the staff was so welcoming! They even gave the little one a toy, which as you can tell by the picture, he was very excited. Everyone was so nice and even helped me bring the food to the table.

As I was walking in, I saw a employee walking out. She got in her car to smoke. That car was parked in the spot closest to the door that one would think is usually for the customer. Then while waiting for my food, I saw a different employee toss a cigarette butt on the ground, literally 2 inches from the trash can. The only saving point of my visit was the manager who was super quick to get my order.

Ordered on the app, had a long drive thru line, so I opted to "skip the wait" and pick my food up inside. All 3 people who came in after me and ordered got their food before me. All of the drive thru cars were served before I was. The cashier hid by the drive thru register after getting the drinks for my 2 kids meals. The lady with the blue hair on the fryer kept complaining about people stealing the fries she had prepped. They only got 1 star for the sandy blonde haired guy who filled my order after noting outloud I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. But he didn't offer any apologies either. I was completely ignored as I stood there waiting for 2 happy meals for almost 15 minutes. Worst customer service experience ever. What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait for everyone else to get their orders first?

Due to cancer no fast food in forever...hundreds $$$ gift cards started up Howe Ave BK food ok fries awefull...taco bell a $12+ bag of greasy 1/2 filled shells tossed on the counter...McD's friendly employee and Manager; ist thing fries burned the fingers...love it!! tryed new 2 daily doubles were Awesome and 2 mcdoubles great as remember. Can't wait to try breakfast sandwiches again

The only reason I am giving this one star is because there is nothing lower. I placed an order for a 20 Mcnuggets and a crispy chicken combo. Had the girl sit me order so I could pay cash for part and the rest on debit card. The girl at the window took my 6 dollars and only paid 60 cents of it with cash and put all of the rest on my debit card. She kept the money. I went in and complained to the manager whom gave me a refund. For the 6 dollars and could not sit the order. When we got back to the car. The crispy chicken sandwich was so dried out cardboard would have been better to eat. The 🍟 was cold and the nuggets one set was ok the other set was awful. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. GO ELSEWHERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BAD OF SERVICE AT A MCDONALDS. AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
