Bombay Grill

I had dinner for the first time at Bombay Grill and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. I am a long time connoisseur of Indian cuisine and I found the food to be far superior to other Indian restaurants not only in the Cuyahoga Falls area, but the Akron/Canton area as well. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, the service was fast and efficient and the food was splendid. I would highly recommend Bombay Grill for a delightful dining experience which will tantalize your taste buds!

i had food at this restaurant and I enjoyed it. The cook is from Goa,India not like saffron patch who is from Bangladesh. I hate restaurants owned by Nepali, Pakistani or Bangladeshi and claiming to be Indian. Put the name of your dam country. The food from these countries are different and people should know what they are eating before they start judging Indian food. Food quality and taste was perfect at this restaurant. I will definitely go there again.

Attention Cuyahoga Falls: we now have an Indian food resturant we can be proud of! I've had Bombay Grill twice now, once dine-in and once carry out. Both meals were outstanding. The decor in the restuarant is tasteful if a little pedestrian (it's in a former pizza shop), but it is at least *very clean* (and yes I'm taking a dig at the other well-known Indian resturant in the Falls). The wait staff was friendly and enthusiastic. Prices are typical for Indian cuisine (all those spices are not cheap). But the most important thing - the food - is outstanding.

Full of Yumminess. We have been to most Indian places around Akron, compare to those, Bombay Grill is so much better. The spice is precise and we could taste all kind of flavors. The chutney and roti in the beginning does add a nice touch. The portion is great, and we ended up bringing some home. We will be back again, cause we found our favorite Indian restaurant. When we were there, there are group of Indian bought car full of catering food here. Good way to tell that this place is authentic.

I would say this is the best Indian food I've eaten around north east ohio area. I found the chef to be very friendly and answering all the question to satisfaction. Just be wary of the spice level here when you're ordering. I'm from western part of India [Mumbai] and low spice level suffices me. One of my friend from Andhra told that he ordered highest spice level for his dishes and it was too much for him, so make sure you go easy with spice level other wise you might have to eat really spicy/hot food. nevertheless the food will be very tasty and freshly made. It's always disappointing with their locality/area as other reviewers have suggested and also being closed on Sunday is a bummer and I'll deduce 1 star for that. Do call them before you go there if you're planning to arrive post 8pm.

Can't believe people actually rated 4.6 for this place.. The lunch buffet has to be one of the worst Indian meals that I've tasted anywhere in the world. In fact, all the Akron area Indian restaurants suck big time. The food isn't even palatable for gods sake. I guess they're trying to make it as American as possible and in the process removing everything that is Indian from Indian food.
